After I book I was sure was for 5 people plus one little b3 years old boy ., I ask for one extra day ., he overcharged.. 150.00 dólar., and then I was agree to pay 40 extra per night for extra guests., he was a free to ., and then he decided to cancelled my reservación even did not return or refund my money ., this guy was really uncomfortable to deal with ., be careful I am suppose to get my total money returned., he is the one cancelled., even this was really uncomfortable for me with my guests and family., really disappointed

Great stay overall We had a very pleasant stay. The property is beautiful, spacious, well equipped, and conveniently located near the beach. The large bedroom with a private bathroom and the second bedroom with two beds were perfect for our group of five. The kitchen, A/C, washer and dryer made the stay very comfortable. The host was also very attentive and gave us helpful tips, including the number of a local taxi driver, which was very useful. There were two issues worth mentioning. We found two small scorpions inside one bathroom. Fortunately, no one was stung, but this could be dangerous, so pest control/fumigation would be recommended. Also, we had an uncomfortable interaction with a neighboring guest who seemed bothered by us using the pool and being near her garden. She spoke to us in a rude way and made us feel unwelcome. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

We loved our stay! The location is perfect, as others have said, a quick walk to the beach and town. The unit itself was perfect for us and very clean. Mario was a great host, was very quick to respond and a very nice guy. would definitely stsy again and recommend to anyonr looking for a place to stay in SJDS.
