Villa Jazmin at Punta Leona
Located in Garabito, Costa Rica, Villa Jazmin is a spacious private home surrounded by tropical rainforest. A minimum stay of two nights is required, and check-in is available at any time.
The villa is approximately five minutes from the beach, where guests can enjoy pristine white-sand beaches and views of the deep blue Pacific Ocean.

Guest Access
Guests have access to most of the house, including the available bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, terraces, backyard, swimming pool, and barbecue ranch.
The following areas remain locked and unoccupied:
- Garage
- Office
- Two additional upstairs bedrooms
- Storage room
- Laundry room
Access to the laundry room may be negotiated.
Club Punta Leona Access
Club Punta Leona charges $10 per person per night for an optional wristband. The wristband provides access to the club’s:
- Swimming pools
- Bars
- Restaurants
- Transportation to Playa Blanca
Children under 11 years old do not pay for a wristband. Purchasing wristbands is optional and not mandatory.
Check-In and Entry Requirements
Check-in is available at any time. Guests need an entrance access code to enter the Punta Leona resort.
Before arrival, the host must receive the following information for every guest:
- Full names, including minors
- Vehicle license plate numbers
- Ages of all minors
This information is required to process the resort access permit.
Check-out is at 4:00 p.m.

The house is identical to the photos. The location is perfect for relaxing, and it's close to Playa Mantas or the club. It's also a good option if you don't want to leave the house. It's a super private house. Very flexible terms and very smooth communication.
