Amazing stay!!!! I would 100% recommend! Host was responsive and extremely kind! Beautiful place well kept and exceeded our expectations! Such a clean and pretty environment. Walkable distance to center and quick and easy access for Ubers. I would be more than happy to stay here again !

This location is great! There’s so many food places nearby/activities. Easily accessible for uber & the fares are extremely cheap. The place looked exactly how it’s listed, it’s a lot better in person with great views from the balcony. The roof top pool is the highlight! & any concerns I had Sergio made sure to address. I would stay here again!

Loved the place, felt safe the pool was amazing the bed was awesome the views was calming and the balcony, i could sit out there all day. will def be back

I loved this place, it’s better in person and had everything you need, Sergio was very friendly and helpful, I definitely recommend this place, very pretty and safe, we will definitely be coming back, all my family enjoyed it.

Sergiio was very professional. He arrived show us the place show us the pool helped us with our luggage. Great customer service very personable. The place was miraculously clean, comfortable very detailed. We enjoyed every minute we enjoyed the pool. They provide the chairs to the beach the umbrella basically they thought about everything for the guest. We enjoyed it very much and we will be back soon. Thank you.

My friends and I came to Cabo for Spring Break and we loved staying here! The 3bed/3bath setup is perfect for a larger group and the condo had all the amenities we needed. They provide supplies like towels, chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, water guns, a safe to store travel documents, and more. There is also a water filter in the kitchen and some basic spices and condiments in the cabinets. The location was great, just 15 minutes walking from restaurants and nightlife.

Sergio was very responsive over text and helped us find everything we needed. He answered our questions and took care of everything promptly. He also helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport, which went smoothly. The condo felt spacious and the balcony was useful to dry clothes at the end of the day. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great time. I would definitely stay here again!

Me and my friends had a great experience in Sergios place. It was so beautiful condo and I felt very safe in this Area. Sergio is a fast responder and I always felt comfortable talking to him. The front desk worker was also very sweet and checked to see if we got home safe every night. Shout out him! A perfect stay for me and my 5 friends - could not have booked a better place.

This place was beautiful and such an amazing spot to spent our week in Cabo San Lucas! A well stocked clean house, cozy balcony, city & ocean views. So close to anything we needed by just a short walk. This place is centrally located and can get a bit loud some nights- probably not for light sleepers or families with little childeren but that was not an issue for us. We were just so lucky with the location & view! A perfect place to spend a family trip for my 30th birthday. The host is so kind, helpful and responsive to anything you need. The unit is safe and so clean 10/10 recommendation

Everything was as described and a great getaway place. The absolute only thing we found disappointing was that the Jacuzzi was not functioning. The place was immaculate and the host is highly responsive and accommodating.

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in. The place was comfortable and clean. The view was amazing. Everything we needed was within a 5-10 minute walk or an Uber rider away. The place had all the amenities we needed for our trip plus extras. The building was quiet and clean also. We had the pool to ourselves and we used it everyday. The host communicated with us and had recommendations for drivers, tours, and places to go. Thanks Sergio

This condo was perfect for a birthday getaway for 4 adults and 1 teenager. Location was amazing. Condo fit is perfectly. And We were able to walk everywhere. The host’s team worked diligently to facilitate excursions (and make them special, as we were celebrating a birthday!) and not to mention, decorate the AirBnB with birthday decor before we arrived. I would rate the entire experience 1,000/10!! Will definitely book again and recommend Sergio for as many things as he’s able to handle!

Sergio was an extremely responsive and personable host. The view of the city from the patio was amazing. Even in the summer there was always a cool breeze in the evenings. Loved sleeping with AC off and the patio windows with two sliding panels fully opened. Loved the two pools but the upstairs lap pool was my favorite in the sunshine or under the stars. My daughter thoughly enjoyed the game room with a pool table and ping pong table. Great stay! Great host!

Sergio was excellent. Helped arrange activities for my family and the accommodation was amongst the best I’ve ever stayed at. I would highly recommend this place. Clean, peaceful and close proximity to restaurants, bars and the marina.

Sergio was the best! SUPER helpful with recommendations. Him and his girlfriend were so sweet setting up birthday balloons for me. Great location and the place was beautiful and just like the pictures! Will def stay there again, 10/10 recommend !

We travelled with a group of four and having our own rooms was amazing. We spent a ton of time on the main deck.

Sergio was a fantastic host! He was super responsive and proactive about the check in process and made sure we had a great time. The community hot tub never got warm and the main elevator was broken during our stay, but that was beyond Sergio’s control and he made sure to relay those issues with maintenance. Overall a spectacular view and well worth the price paid!
