Additional Costs
- Daily cleaning is mandatory and costs MXN 800 per day. This service includes washing the breakfast dishes. Payment must be made directly at Villa Alaia upon arrival.
- Pool heating is included.
- An optional cook service is available under your supervision for MXN 600 per day.
- Errands cost an additional MXN 200 each, plus the taxi fare to the village.
All surcharges must be paid in cash on site.
Important House Rules
- Do not use bleach. The drainage system relies on bacteria that process waste.
- Smoking inside the rooms is prohibited. Smoking is permitted outside the house, including in the garden and on the terrace.
- Do not dispose of cigarette butts on the property.
- Please turn off lights and appliances when they are not in use.

Manuel is always reachable and helpful with our requests. The house matches the description 100%, and the photos don't do justice to the beauty of the place and the greenery. A very private and quiet area. You always feel safe. The service staff, Brenda, Liz and Paloma, are friendly and cook very well. We would gladly return to this property. Great place to spend days with family or friends The place is very nice. It has all the amenities. Great for a weekend, or even for longer stays Manuel was a great host, always ready to help with whatever we needed Brenda, who helped us with the cooking all weekend, with a super service-oriented attitude and fulfilling all our cravings in an impeccable manner I would definitely go back to this place.

The house is spectacular and impeccable, and the photos don't do justice to how beautiful and well maintained the house and garden are. The hosts, Manuel and Angelina, make you feel at home. Always friendly, always willing to help. Brenda, who does the cleaning and greets the guests, is spectacular. Friendly and attentive. And she's a great cook with delicious seasoning, and she prepared everything we asked of her. We will definitely return to this very special place.

Our stay was fantastic. We had a super nice weekend and were very happy as a family. José Manuel was extremely attentive and resolved everything we needed during our stay. The house is beautiful and very special; you can see that it is decorated with a lot of love and attention to detail. We did notice a difference between what we imagined from the photos and the actual layout of the house, but the experience was still excellent. The cook is extraordinary: we recommend giving her the freedom to prepare what she knows how to do because it is delicious and becomes an experience in itself. Manuel's service, along with the service of those who helped us with cleaning and cooking, was exceptional. The pool was delicious and always warm. Highly recommended for a family weekend!

It's an ideal country accommodation to disconnect. Since it was my birthday, I wanted to take care of every detail. Thanks to the hosts, who supported us at all times to live the experience, everything was warm and cheerful. Those were days full of energy and many smiles.
