Policies and Important Information

• Minimum age for all guests is 25, except for children traveling with parents.
• Excessive noise is prohibited at all times. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Noise or disruptive behavior after 10:00 pm in gated communities may result in fines.
• Groups consisting entirely of men or women must have 24-hour butler service at $215 per day (paid directly).
• Additional fees apply for guests beyond the 16th person.
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically authorized in advance.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.
• Events such as weddings, bachelor, or bachelorette parties require prior authorization and payment of an event fee.
• Occupancy is limited to the contracted number of guests. The renter must provide the names and number of all guests.
• Only up to two children under 12 should be listed in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents; additional children must be counted as adults.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, disrespect toward security personnel, and excessive noise may result in fines up to $3,000 without warning. Guests are responsible for paying any fines incurred.
• A minimum stay of seven nights is required for bookings including December 25 or January 1. If both holidays are booked consecutively, a 14-night minimum applies.
• High school and college spring break groups are not allowed without prior approval and an additional deposit.
