Overview

Nuestra Casa is a fully staffed oceanfront villa in the exclusive Amapas/Conchas Chinas area, just steps from Los Muertos Beach and the Romantic Zone. The home combines classic Vallarta style with Mediterranean influences and has been completely renovated for a comfortable, elegant stay.

The ocean is approximately 20 feet from the main entertaining area, creating a relaxing setting with the sound of the surf and tropical breezes. Conchas Chinas’ white-sand beaches begin just south of the villa, while Los Muertos Beach and the Romantic Zone are within easy walking distance to the north.

The villa accommodates up to 12 guests.

The Space

The villa is designed for large groups, with spacious indoor and outdoor entertaining areas.

The villa includes five bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a private bathroom, an ocean view, and terrace access.

The main floor features:

• Two bedrooms

The upper level includes:

• Two bedrooms
• Spacious living area with vaulted ceilings
• Access to the upper terrace

The private master suite is separate from the main house and includes a television, stereo, sitting area, ocean-view terrace, and additional privacy.

Bedroom Configuration

• Bedroom 1: King-size bed, private bathroom, access to the main terrace, and partial ocean view
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds or one king-size bed, private bathroom, access to the main terrace, and partial ocean view
• Bedroom 3: King-size bed, private bathroom, full ocean view, and terrace
• Bedroom 4: Two double beds, private bathroom, full ocean view, and terrace
• Master suite: King-size bed, private bathroom, television, stereo, full ocean view, and private terrace

• Full staff, including maid, cooks, housemen, gardener, and night watchman

The pool is heated during the winter season.

Staff and Food Service

The villa includes daily maid service and two cook services per day. The staff can also prepare drinks, serve as bartenders, make margaritas by the pool, and prepare snacks such as guacamole and nachos.

Staff members handle grocery shopping and provide receipts for reimbursement. Please inform the staff of any food allergies or special requests so they can prepare suitable meals.

Food and beverages are not included in the rental price.

The Cook

The cook prepares two meals each day: breakfast and either lunch or dinner. This service includes:

• Grocery shopping
• Meal preparation
• Serving
• Cleanup

The cost of food and beverages is not included. The cook is happy to accommodate your preferences. Please request the Casa Las Amapas menu for meal planning and review the information under “Food Service.”

The Mozo and Waiter

The mozo and waiter serve as butlers and waiters during their scheduled hours. Duties may include:

• Carrying luggage to guest rooms
• Serving meals
• Preparing drinks
• Explaining how to operate the indoor and outdoor lights and fans
• Maintaining the pool area
• Turning on the pool heater upon request

The Chambermaid

The chambermaid handles general indoor housekeeping, including:

• Cleaning bathrooms
• Making and changing beds
• Washing house linens

The Night Watchman

The night watchman is on-site from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. He may also assist with serving meals and preparing drinks.

On Sundays, he remains at the villa throughout the day and can help prepare a light breakfast, midday snacks such as guacamole, salsa, and quesadillas, and drinks.

Guests are kindly asked to remember to tip the staff.

Concierge Services

The private concierge can help arrange additional services and activities, including:

• Yacht rentals and private yacht tours
• Private airport transportation
• Car rentals
• Zip-line excursions
• Dinner reservations
• Birthday cakes
• Other special-occasion arrangements

After booking, guests will receive a menu and arrival information sheet.

Services Included

Upon arrival, the villa provides complimentary refreshments, including:

• Chips with guacamole and salsa
• A pitcher of margaritas

The cook service includes breakfast and either lunch or dinner, including shopping, preparation, serving, and cleanup. Food and beverages are charged separately.

Early check-in and late check-out are not generally available and may be considered for an additional fee.

Guest Access and Policies

• Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
• Staff service is provided daily except Sundays and certain major holidays
• If arrival is on a Saturday or Sunday, normal Sunday staff service will be included
• Early check-in and late check-out cost $50 USD per hour when available
• During the high season from November through April, early check-in and late check-out are not authorized
• Visitors beyond the confirmed number of guests must pay a $50 USD day-pass fee
• Visitor access must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
• The day pass includes one meal prepared by the cook
• Pets are not permitted without written permission before arrival
• Outside vendors must be approved in advance
• Services inside the villa, including massages, musicians, fireworks, folkloric dancers, and yoga classes, must be arranged through the house staff, management, or assigned concierge
• No laundry service is provided
• Outside laundry service may be arranged through an external vendor
• The kitchen is reserved for staff use for security reasons

Events

Written permission from the owner is required for events involving more than 15 people, including the 12 registered guests and up to three visitors.

Events are subject to:

• A special charge equal to one night’s rent
• Payment and confirmation by the owner or the owner’s agent before the event
• A $1,000 USD damage security deposit

The deposit will be held until any damage or loss has been assessed. The remaining balance will then be returned after deducting applicable costs.

A minimum stay of 12 nights is required when combining the Christmas and New Year’s holiday periods.
