We had a bad experience the first night. The smoke detector kept going off. I sent messages called the number that I was given no one ever called me back about the issue. The only reason they reached out to me is because they wanted to come change the batteries on the door lock. I was told they would check the smoke detector but was not told if it was fixed or the reason why it was going off. Very strict check in which I didn't mind, however to use the pool or gym you have to let them know before going. They said they are strict about being loud but the nonstop barking dogs doesn't count I guess?

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for somewhere secure, comfortable, and convenient. There is a 24h security guard downstairs, 2 king beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is very convenient but also peaceful and quiet, with great restaurants, coffee shops, and a supermercado within a couple of blocks. We were a group of 5 American women and we felt safe and confident staying here. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good home base for a CDMX trip.

Everything was great the only recommendation would be the dinning and living room should have air conditioning too because during the day it’s really hot to stay in the commons area and mention on the instructions that you can enter through the parking with the 307 exterior number because it was raining and the 315 number weren’t visible with the rain and the trees, besides that we had a great time and it’s a great apartment to stay while you’re visiting México City.

We had a great stay in Mexico City with our family. The space felt very private and comfortable, with each of us having our own room, which made a big difference for a group trip. The property itself is spacious and well laid out, and we really enjoyed how walkable the surrounding area is, it made exploring the city easy and convenient. Arely was an excellent host. She was very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. She allowed us to leave our bags before check-in and also store them after checkout, which made our travel plans much smoother and gave us more time to enjoy the city. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this place to others visiting Mexico City. Arely’s place was spacious, clean and delivered more than I expected. There is 24 hr security at the door and the unit is a safe distance away from the main entrance. The unit is extremely safe. We did not expect to have AC, and having it was a nice surprise. One aspect of the unit all the guests did we had was a full body mirror. This would be an easy and inexpensive addition that would make a big difference for the guests. Additionally, there was no way to plug in the hair dryer in the master bedroom. A better quality hair dryer is another addition that would be inexpensive and that would add a lot of value. Lastly, better quality shampoo and soap that actually lathers would be another great addition that would elevate the experience for a low cost. Other than that, expect to find everything else you may need: iron, ironing board, fans, AC, plenty of towels, washer, dryer, ironing board, detergent, plenty of tvs, etc.

Loved staying here! We had a group of 8 and this place accommodated us very well. It’s walking distance from a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. The host is very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay here again.
