• Smoking is allowed only on the condo’s terrace, provided cigar or cigarette butts are properly disposed of.
• Any damage caused by burns will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Pets are not allowed.
• External vendors are not permitted inside the property to maintain security and comfort. Concierge services can recommend trusted vendors.
• Monthly reservations are accepted; however, an additional refundable security deposit of USD 300 per month may apply. Please confirm before booking.
