The space This modern villa is a comfortable and spacious (over 3,000 sq ft) villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms which is fully air conditioned in each room - has 3 king size beds, two twin beds, a foldout couch, and option to rent a double roll away bed from property management. The 4th bedroom is a suite with private entrance off the pool, and above the garage. It has its own bathroom w/shower, refrigerator, microwave, and sitting table. The king size bed and TV make this a nice private flex space for parents, friends, or family that need their own area. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator w/ice maker and stainless steel appliances, granite counters, cooking supplies, and an eat at island. The beautifully furnished home includes a smart TV with wifi. We have the latest in Wifi technology and the house utilizes a Eero system which is a mesh type system that blankets the whole house with transmitters on each floor so the internet is fast and reliable in all rooms including the studio apartment. There's a dining nook off the kitchen, as well as plenty of seating on the patio/terrace which the living room opens up to. Inside laundry room with washer/dryer, linens, bath and beach towels, and blow dryer are included. The entire property is included with your reservation. Amenities include a private pool, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, BBQ, private parking and garage, large covered terraces and balconies. The outdoor barbecue area provides a fun alternative to cooking for the whole family or for your BBQ party with friends.
