The Space
Casa Tres Vistas is situated on Gringo Hill above Sayulita Plaza. Its unique position offers views of the jungle to the south, sunsets to the west, and the ocean and town to the north.
The fully enclosed property provides privacy from both the street and neighboring homes. The beach and town are approximately a five-minute walk away, offering convenient access to Sayulita’s restaurants and activities. Because the return walk includes a partial uphill climb, guests may prefer to rent a golf cart.
Contemporary furnishings and Mexican artwork are featured throughout the villa. Each bedroom includes a pillow-top mattress, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
- The primary bedroom is located on the second level and includes an outdoor sitting area overlooking the pool.
- Two bedrooms are located on the main floor, separated by the living and dining areas.
- A half bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor.

Location and Transportation
The walk to town takes approximately five minutes, but the return journey is uphill. Guests who prefer not to walk uphill may want to rent a golf cart from a local company. Riviera Golf Carts is recommended.
Golf carts are a popular way to explore Sayulita and are commonly seen throughout town. Driving is generally easy, and guests can enjoy navigating the cobblestone streets, hilly neighborhoods, and lively downtown area.
Additional Information
This part of Gringo Hill is generally quiet. However, Sayulita is a busy town, and occasional noise from parties, bars, street vendors, or construction may occur. There is currently no nearby construction.
Parking
Street parking for golf carts is available outside the front door. The space is not suitable for cars.
Housekeeping and Groundskeeping
Maid service is provided twice weekly, and a groundskeeper maintains the pool and outdoor areas. Maid service does not include changing sheets or towels unless guests stay for a minimum of seven days.

Such a great spot! Amazing view and property, especially the outdoor areas. Rooms were all amazing and well air-conditioned. Primary bedroom had the whole second floor patio which was awesome. Hosts were very responsive and helpful when anything came up. Great location at the top of the hill from the center of town. Would stay here again!

Mackenzie’s place was the perfect Airbnb for our family of five (kids ages 2, 5, and 8). She and her team were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The view from the pool and balcony is breathtaking- we would absolutely book again. The open-air living space can get warm during the day, but the bedrooms have great AC, which made it super comfortable (especially for us Colorado people!). The golf cart is a must and was so fun for the kids. It made getting into town incredibly easy- it’s only about a 2-minute drive down the hill. We also loved all of Mackenzie’s coffee and food recommendations- everything we tried was spot on. The only minor issue was the main fridge not cooling properly, but Mackenzie and her team were very communicative and helpful, and the additional mini fridges worked well. Overall, such a special place- we’d absolutely stay here again.

Casa Tres Vistas exceeded every expectation. The house is massive, and honestly, the photos don't even do justice to the incredible view of Sayulita. We stayed in the main bedroom on the second floor and felt like royalty—waking up to that vista was perfect for morning yoga, meditation, or just lounging in the hammock. The check-in process was seamless and having a personal tour made us feel right at home. Above all, the owners were so thoughtful; they left a gift for my girlfriend and me to celebrate our engagement, which made the trip truly unforgettable. Everything was perfect, we had no complaints, and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Tres Vistas. The whole team was super accommodating, helpful and quick to respond when needed. Isabel even met us when we checked in and gave us a tour to familiarize ourselves. It was perfect for what we needed - a private, relaxing home away from home. A short 5 min walk to town down the hill to all the action. The bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable (having ensuites were a game changer!). There are some comments about noise and truthfully, it’s hard to avoid when staying in Sayulita especially on weekends. Most of our guests didn’t hear a thing and the ear plugs provided by the hosts were a nice touch. We definitely plan to return!
