The Space

Bedroom 1

This peaceful, air-conditioned bedroom features a queen-size bed measuring 153 × 200 centimeters, a work desk, and a spacious built-in wardrobe combining polished concrete and wood.

Patio doors open directly onto the pool terrace. The private ensuite bathroom includes:

Bedroom 2

The second air-conditioned bedroom includes a single bed measuring 100 × 200 centimeters and a large desk. It can serve as a private retreat, home office, or additional sleeping space.

Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

Viajera’s open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is designed around high ceilings, ceiling fans, and abundant tropical light and air. It opens directly onto the terrace and pool, creating a natural space for gathering throughout the day.

This area does not have air conditioning. Instead, it remains comfortable through ceiling fans and natural ventilation, preserving the open connection between the interior and the tropical outdoors.

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

• Electric four-burner stove
• KitchenAid blender
• Convection oven
• Toaster
• Rice cooker
• Coffee machine
• Large refrigerator

A kitchen island with four bar chairs serves as both a breakfast counter and an evening cocktail bar. Salt, pepper, oil, herbs, coffee, and sugar are provided.

Terrace and Pool

The private outdoor area is ideal for relaxing at any time of day. Take a dip in the pool, unwind on the daybed, swing in the hammock, or relax on the outdoor sofa as the sun sets.

A garden table with four chairs completes the terrace, creating a comfortable setting for long, leisurely evenings.

Safety boxes are available in both bedrooms.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the apartment and the parking spaces.

The laundry room is reserved for housekeeping staff. Personal laundry is available for an additional fee of USD 10 per load.
