Shambala Tulum Villa Villa is located just 8 minutes from downtown Tulum, 15 minutes from the beach, and 3 minutes from the main avenue. The villa is also only a few minutes from the Caribbean Sea.
Set slightly off the beaten path, the property is ideal for guests who want to stay away from town and traffic while remaining close to local attractions. It is situated in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac within a peaceful, up-and-coming neighborhood near the jungle.
The Space
Designed for comfort and relaxation, the villa features spacious, light-filled areas and a serene atmosphere. Guests can unwind in the bedrooms, enjoy the shared areas, or relax by the comfortable swimming pool.
The private garden and pool are exclusively for the house.
Bedrooms
The villa has four bedrooms:
- First floor: Bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom
- Second floor: Bunk bedroom with one double bed, one single bed, and a private bathroom
- Second floor: Bedroom with a king-size bed, sofa bed, and private bathroom
- Bedroom with one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and a private bathroom
The villa is well suited to families or groups and offers the comforts needed for a relaxing stay in Tulum.
Additional Accommodation
The property includes a separate apartment that is completely independent from the main house. If you need space for up to three additional guests, let us know, and we can check whether the apartment is available.
Privacy for both accommodations is ensured.

The neighbors are familiar and very friendly. The host lives 5 minutes from the house and is available to help with anything you may need.
Nearby Construction
There is a small construction project nearby, which may cause some noise during the day.
Electricity Disclaimer
Electricity in Tulum is provided by CFE. Although uncommon, power outages may occur without notice, and this situation is beyond the host’s control. The host will always be available to contact CFE if the service goes down, but cannot be held responsible for interruptions to the electricity supply.

Our stay was amazing! Truthfully, outdid our expectations. There was plenty of room for 6 of us and the beds were comfortable. The highlight was the pool - better than pictured and perfect for the 30th birthday we were celebrating. We even accidentally locked ourselves out one night & Claudia was very responsive and helpful in getting us back in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful villa with a gorgeous private pool. Claudia had everything we needed there, especially as a family with young kids. Highly recommend :)

Claudia’s place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into. Everything matched the listing and communication was smooth. One thing to note is that you’ll want a car if you plan on going to the grocery store or getting around easily. Overall, a solid stay and I’d recommend it. Much cheaper rentals in the area though and far from any action in the Centro. Its a great place for seclusion, if that's what you're into.
