• Foreign guests must provide a copy of their passport.
• Costa Rican residents may provide a copy of their cédula, or national identification card.

For privacy and security, identification documents should be shared only through the encrypted Airbnb chat linked directly to the reservation. The information is used solely for guest registration with security or concierge staff, and only the required identification details will be provided.

Only guests listed on the reservation and included in the guest registry are permitted on the property. Unregistered visitors are not allowed inside the condominium or in common areas, including the pool and other amenities, in accordance with building security policies and condominium regulations.
