Additional Information
- The rental price includes taxes, bi-weekly housekeeping, Wi-Fi, onsite parking, pool access, linens, bath towels, and a safety box.
- Deep disinfectant cleaning is performed before every check-in. Additional cleaning can be arranged once or twice weekly for guest safety. Staff wear gloves during cleaning, and guests are encouraged to use the pool or hiking trails during this time.
- Self check-in is available for convenience.
- Takeout and delivery services from local restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores are offered.
- There is a short but steep hill (approximately 30 meters) to climb for those without a rental car.
- All units require climbing a minimum of 10 steps; please specify preferences for upstairs or downstairs units when booking.
- Rates apply to 1-2 guests; an additional fee of $15 per person per night applies for extra guests.
- Any damages to the property or contents during your stay will be charged accordingly. This may be covered by Airbnb’s AirCover, but guests should be aware of this policy.
