The Community

Montecristo is an exclusive gated community in Los Cabos, perched high on a dramatic mountainside with expansive ocean views overlooking Quivira’s Jack Nicklaus Signature course. Immaculately landscaped and carefully maintained, the community offers privacy, an elegant clubhouse, and a peaceful Pacific setting at the tip of the Baja Peninsula.

The Space

Montecristo Villas are designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Each villa includes:

• Private infinity pool
• Indoor and outdoor jacuzzis
• Spacious terraces
• Central family room
• Reading areas
• Walk-in closets

The villas provide a comfortable home away from home in a spectacular setting.

Please note that reservations are not tied to a specific villa. All villas share the same layout, amenities, private pool, and private jacuzzi. Views may vary slightly between villas, and a specific view or location cannot be guaranteed. Villas are managed in both Phase I and Phase II.

Guest Count and Additional Fees

Pricing is based on the number of guests. Please make your reservation using the correct guest count.

• Guests added after the original booking are charged an additional $50 USD per person, per night.
• Additional guests must be registered, and all applicable fees must be paid.
• If extra guests arrive beyond the number included in the reservation, the fee increases to $100 USD per person, per night when reported during or after check-in.
• If you are unsure of your final group size, you may add guests before arrival at the standard rate. Please update your reservation at least a couple of days before check-in.

Housekeeping and Pantry Items

Housekeeping is not included but may be added for $100 USD per day.

Pantry items are not provided, including:

• Salt and pepper
• Condiments
• Cooking oils
• Aluminum foil
• Plastic wrap
• Coffee
• Sugar

Please review the house rules before arrival. The Montecristo community has strict regulations, and following them helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Resort Access

Guests also have access to Pueblo Bonito Resorts, which offer excellent service standards and amenities.

Environmental Sanitation Tax

The Government of Los Cabos has implemented an Environmental Sanitation Tax to support local environmental and community infrastructure. Reservations made from September 8, 2022 onward are subject to this tax.

• Cost: $85 MXN per room, per night, approximately $5 USD
• Payment: Charged at check-out in addition to the rental total

Guest Discounts

The following discounts are available during your stay:

• 10% off food and beverages at Pueblo Bonito restaurants and bars
• 20% off spa treatments at Pueblo Bonito spas
• 25% off rounds of golf at the exclusive Quivira Golf Course

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, certificates, or coupons.

Outside Services

Outside services are not permitted within the Quivira Los Cabos community. This includes:

• Private chefs
• Catering services
• Grocery shopping services
• Maid services
• Similar outside providers

Only services provided by Pueblo Bonito Resorts are permitted.

Villa Assignment

The villa assignment is confirmed only at check-in and cannot be confirmed or guaranteed beforehand. As a multi-unit vacation rental property, villas are assigned according to reservation departures and arrivals.

Early Check-In

Upon arrival, you are welcome to go directly to the clubhouse reception desk. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, regardless of the circumstances. The villa is guaranteed to be ready at 4:00 p.m.; if it is ready earlier on the day of arrival, the team will be happy to provide access.

While waiting, guests may use the clubhouse facilities. The team can also store luggage and groceries until the villa is ready.

Vacation Rental Experience

This is a vacation rental experience, which differs from a timeshare or a hotel rental booked directly through the resorts. Several amenities included with resort bookings are not included with vacation rentals.

The amenities provided with this vacation rental are consistent with those commonly offered in the vacation rental industry and with Airbnb’s recommendations for essential amenities.
