My family of 5 had a great stay at Perla Negra. It’s located in a neighborhood with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The home is very secure and peaceful. The individual air conditioning controls in each bedroom was a plus. We enjoyed the pool area, the waterfall and the swing chairs. Leonel and Franco (the onsite host) were very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

This place is great. The property is beautiful, and has tons of space. Pros: -pools are clean -kitchen has tons of supplies -good AC -good security -Netflix on the tv Cons: -bikes have seen better days. Don’t rely on these as key transportation.

Everything before and during our stay was really fantastic. Before we arrived they arranged a private driver for our group for a fair price from Tulum airport to the house. We were able to check in right away and the local host showed us the house and everything we needed to know. The place itself is beautiful, as advertised in the best way. Neighborhood itself is quiet with some great food options within a short walk. ATM and convenience store also close by. Will absolutely stay here again given the chance!

We had such a great stay here and can’t say enough good things about Leonel and Franco as hosts. Communication was excellent—super quick to respond, incredibly patient with all of our questions. Franco was friendly and easy to work with. It made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. The house itself is beautiful, especially the pool and living areas. The location great - walkable to nearby bars, and it was an easy drive to plenty of groceries, stores, and tourist spots which made everything really convenient. Highly recommend!
