Without a doubt, the most stunning and magical Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The house was breathtaking, the location exceptional, and the whole experience unforgettable. Yoya and the team looking after the house were wonderful, so warm, thoughtful, attentive, and especially sweet with our kids. Each morning they would come by to freshen up the house and make sure everything was beautifully cared for. That level of personal service is such a rare and lovely touch in an Airbnb and made our stay feel truly luxurious. The koi fish were a huge highlight! They brought so much joy to our kids, and honestly, to us too. Nacho was always so kind and patient, telling us all about them and answering our endless questions. We are now completely obsessed and have decided we absolutely need a koi pond in our London garden! We feel so lucky to have experienced this place and will remember our stay for a very long time. We would come back in a heartbeat and cannot recommend it highly enough!

We had an amazing stay while traveling to Oaxaca for work. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained. The koi fish were such a delight - we loved feeding them and watching them every day. The rooms were cleaned daily, and Yoya was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We hope to have the opportunity to return to Oaxaca and stay in this wonderful place again.

This place was a dream. The house is stunning, full of great energy, and truly looks exactly like the photos. Yoya was an exceptional host — super responsive, thoughtful, and generous with recommendations. We wanted to do a welcome dinner on arrival and she suggested chefs and helped coordinate access so dinner could be ready for us when we walked in. And the staff… just as incredible. They came by daily to make the rooms, refresh towels and robes, help with dishes, and keep everything spotless — a level of service you rarely get with an Airbnb. Coming back after a full day of adventuring to a clean, reset house felt like a luxury. The location is also unbeatable: close to everything in Oaxaca Centro and easy to walk to great restaurants, bars, and shopping. We’d absolutely stay here again.

We had an amazing time at Casa Naaya! The house is even more beautiful than the photos. Every room had plenty of space with very nice private bathrooms, so no one ended up with “the small room.” The two bedrooms downstairs were great for the guests that didn’t want to have so much noise from everyone chatting in the kitchen/common area. When we arrived, someone from the team was there to greet us, give us a full tour of the house, and even offered us agua fresca! The house was very clean, and they came to clean the house every morning! The team even asked us what time we preferred they come by every day to clean the house, which was very considerate as we were there for my wedding. I don’t have a single complaint for this house - it was the nicest air bnb I’ve ever stayed in with the best service!

Great place is too little to say. SPECTACULAR is more the word! The house is every bit what you see in the pictures, but living it is a real treat. Sara, Esther and Nacho the staff made our stay impecable. Thank you Yoya for an extraordinary trip!

The location is incredible, the place is very nice and very spacious. The truth is we spent time outside and we would have liked to spend more time at home because it is ideal for resting, but very practical for going with a large family and as I said, a great location, apart from the very nice design.

WOW!!! We stayed here for 4 nights with our family for our wedding, and it was truly PERFECT! The space is even more gorgeous than in the photos. The individual room are all beautiful, and feel private. The common spaces are beautifully decorated, spacious, light filled and relaxing. The location is ideal for exploring Oaxaca centro, and also quiet enough to get some rest--even when the Guelaguetza festival was going on just a few blocks away. The staff was lovely, and did an amazing job of communicating and helping us when we needed. We highly recommend this please, and hope to be able to visit again someday.!

I can’t say enough good things about Casa Nayya. Very responsive host and flexible and very accommodating. It was such a beautiful place to stay. Your are right in the middle of the city with all the restaurants, galleries and shops at your fingertips and when you get back from it all it’s feels like a tranquil escape from the city. The house is impeccably decorated, clean and well thought out. There is not doubt I will be back here again.

Casa Nayaa is a work of art, and we were blessed to have experienced it. The house is a breathtaking blend of indoor and outdoor space, and rooms on three floors. The design and architecture - a blend of natural elements (wood, stone, plants, water, koi, lighting, etc.), was modern yet approachable. Not enough can be said about the beauty of the house. We were a group on a trip for my 40th birthday. Each couple had their their own private room and bathroom. (Two rooms have lofts with a double bed; so in theory, we had more beds than guests, but that was fine!). The set up of the house allowed for our large group to enjoy the privacy of a hotel with the communal feel of a home. The rooms were perfectly appointed, the beds were beyond comfortable. Yoya was communicative and a delight to work with. Her staff was wonderful. This home is a jewel in Oaxaca, and the whole experience was a testament to the generosity, graciousness, and culture of Oaxaqeños.
