A large tree on the property attracts birds, squirrels, and butterflies of all kinds, inspiring the cabin’s name. The property also offers views of both oceans and is close to the area’s top attractions, including:

The cabin is fully equipped and suitable for both short- and long-term stays. The property also includes:

Very nice place and view. The cabin is very nice and has lovely amenities. It's a bit neglected in terms of dust, insects, and general cleanliness. But we had a good time. The host is helpful and pleasant. With a little more maintenance, it would be a better place to stay.

This Airbnb disappointed us. It's an excellent location with great potential, but it's a cabin that needs maintenance. The shower drain doesn't work, the balcony railing is unsafe, there's no space to prepare food, it's very small, the grill and oven are in terrible condition, there's garbage around, there are NO warm bed linens, we were very cold, and the towels don't dry; they're very old. There are few outlets upstairs, the electrical connection in the kitchen is terrible and dangerous, and the main security gate has a wire. There's no lock, the property is unsafe, and a pit bull from a neighbor came in unexpectedly, so we had to be careful while we were in the Green area.

The place is beautiful, it has a spectacular view. It is surrounded by nature, and you can even see the ocean. The weather is delightfully cold, and the place looks just like the photos, but even more beautiful. Yes, I recommend giving more maintenance to the place and the surrounding area. We rented it for 5 people, but the beds did not accommodate that many; we slept uncomfortably.

Stunning surroundings, the cabin is charming but not cared for… was dirty and with a strong smell of mold and mildew, went with my two boys, both got sick. The host sent me the wrong location and took me like 1hr to find, can easily get lost in those mountain roads if you don’t know where you are going. The entrance to the cabin is very steep and since it was raining my car did not make it to the top, had to leave it halfway. The water heater barely works, considering it’s a very cold place, water is super cold so was frustrating to take a shower. They have a small pizza oven and a “grill”, If they are offering this place I believe they should provide firewood for it… I used it but had to find it myself. Wont go back.

The cabin is as shown in the pictures. A very nice place: We only had a couple of points: • The entrance is steep, you have to take momentum because there are stones on the asphalt. Not just any car can go up • There was only one glass. • The shower brake was constantly lowered and was difficult to raise • The gate lock did not work

The area is beautiful, access is somewhat difficult since it is on a fairly steep slope, the cabin is beautiful but it had a musty smell, as if it had not been opened in a long time, in the bathroom a ball of hair, and in the Coffee maker in the filter there was a cockroach, the curtains fall because the tube that holds them is short and does not reach the curtain rods well. The TV in the living room only has an Internet connection, but it is outdated and you have to enter your account. The host gave me his, but since it was outdated, it could not be used and it was not connected to the antenna. The shower trips the breaker so you can't bathe quietly with hot water. I would have appreciated it if the cabin had some oil, salt, sugar and maybe a little coffee. To connect the TV on the 2nd floor in the room, you must connect a badly rolled extension cord, pass it over the recordings to the only outlet in the external room.
