Overview
Elementos del Sur is a roomy vacation home situated just steps from the beach at the northern end of San Juan del Sur Bay. Opening the front doors, you can reach the sand in under a minute. Walking for about eight more minutes brings you to the heart of the town’s bars and restaurants. Along the way, be sure to enjoy one of the beautiful local sunsets.
This property offers a private pool, air conditioning, hot water, and fiber optic WiFi, making it an ideal retreat in San Juan del Sur.
The Space
Elementos del Sur includes a main house with four spacious bedrooms and a separate private casita containing two additional bedrooms. The casita is only available for groups larger than 12 guests.
- The casita entrance is just a few feet from the main house’s front door.
- It features its own bathroom and a private deck.
- The entire property is fully enclosed for privacy.
- A large, secure parking area is available for guests arriving by vehicle.
The house is equipped with fiber optic internet, air conditioning in every bedroom, hot water, and a private swimming pool.
For relaxation, there are two outdoor patio areas, several hammocks, and an upstairs wet bar perfect for mixing cocktails.
The main floor kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking. Alternatively, guests can use the local delivery service to order from any of San Juan del Sur’s many restaurants.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the main house, casita, pool, and yard areas.
There are additional buildings on the property where caretakers live; these are not part of the rental unless guests wish to assist with gardening during their stay.

El Elemento was an amazing beautiful place to stay. It gave our party of 13 more than enough space to spread out. The pool was perfect to cool down. There was a grill we used, plenty of hammocks and places to relax. The home was in perfect order. Manuel, the groundskeeper, was very attentive and inviting. We lost water, to no fault of the house but Manuel was right on it once we notified him. Place was close to everything, beach, town, el Cristo. We had an extremely wonderful stay and wished we could have stretched it one more day. Thank you for your hospitality

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was incredibly spacious and perfect for a large family or group. We also loved that it was within walking distance of the beach, and having a private bathroom in every bedroom made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. Everything was well organized, and we truly felt at home. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely love to come back. Thank you, Franklin, for your outstanding hospitality!

Everything was good except the deal with the power they give us 80 kWh per day and extra 10 kWh if you use the casita tv only in the top floor if you want to play music needs to carry u own speakers need update the part the house needs little more maintenance the rest everything was good

Una de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido en Airbnb. La casa es hermosa, espaciosa, impecable y súper cómoda; perfecta para descansar y disfrutar en familia o con amigos. La ubicación también es excelente, cerca de todo pero al mismo tiempo tranquila y privada. Un agradecimiento especial a Franklin y Alfredo por estar siempre atentos y pendientes de cualquier detalle durante nuestra estadía, y al señor Manuel, el cuidador, por su amabilidad y excelente atención. Desde nuestra llegada nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Todo estuvo muy bien organizado y la comunicación fue excelente. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente a cualquiera que visite SJDS.
