Elementos del Sur is a spacious vacation home just off the beach at the northern end of San Juan del Sur Bay. The sand is less than a minute away on foot, while the town’s bars and restaurants are approximately 8 minutes away. Along the way, be sure to enjoy one of San Juan del Sur’s beautiful sunsets.

The Space
Elementos del Sur includes a main house with four large bedrooms and a smaller private casita with two additional bedrooms.
- The main house is available for groups of up to 12 people.
- The two casita bedrooms are available only to groups of more than 12 people.
- The casita entrance is just a few feet from the main house’s front door.
- The casita has its own bathroom and private deck.
- All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outdoor Areas and Parking
The property is fully enclosed and includes a large, secure parking area for guests arriving by vehicle. If you prefer to explore on foot, the beach is only a few steps away, and the center of town is approximately 8–10 minutes away.

Guests have full access to the main house, casita, pool, and yard areas.
A couple of additional buildings are located on the property for the caretakers and are not included in the rental.

Electricity Policy
Each rental day includes 80 kilowatt-hours of electricity, which is intended to cover the household’s needs, including responsible nighttime use of air conditioning.
- Electricity used beyond the included allowance is charged at 10 cordobas, approximately $0.35 USD, per kilowatt-hour.
- Groups using the casita bedrooms receive an additional 15 kilowatt-hours per night for each additional room.
Noise Policy
The property has nearby neighbors. Please keep noise at a reasonable level at all times and to a minimum outdoors after 10:00 p.m.

Our stay at Elementos del Sur was truly special. We really enjoyed the house, a cozy place where we could rest, relax and feel at home. It was definitely an excellent choice for enjoying San Juan del Sur. We would especially like to highlight the service provided by the manager, who was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful at all times. His warm manner and willingness to help us made our experience even more enjoyable. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, as if we were at home. We took home very nice memories and an excellent impression of both the place and the hospitality we received. We highly recommend Elementos del Sur to those looking for a special, comfortable place with exceptional service to enjoy San Juan del Sur.

We had an excellent vacation at this property, which is very well-equipped, very clean, spacious and cozy. The pool is very nice, and the house in general is very well-appointed, with towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hair dryers in the bedrooms – things you no longer have to bring from home. The beach is 1 block away, and the Cristo viewpoint and supermarkets are also nearby. We will definitely be back very soon.

We had a wonderful stay here! Great place for a big group of people with Kids. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the town was only a 15 minute walk down the beach! Beautiful setting and views of the beach with the Cristo in view. The Kids loved the pool and outside court areas! 10/10 recommended!

El Elemento was an amazing beautiful place to stay. It gave our party of 13 more than enough space to spread out. The pool was perfect to cool down. There was a grill we used, plenty of hammocks and places to relax. The home was in perfect order. Manuel, the groundskeeper, was very attentive and inviting. We lost water, to no fault of the house but Manuel was right on it once we notified him. Place was close to everything, beach, town, el Cristo. We had an extremely wonderful stay and wished we could have stretched it one more day. Thank you for your hospitality

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was incredibly spacious and perfect for a large family or group. We also loved that it was within walking distance of the beach, and having a private bathroom in every bedroom made our stay even more comfortable and convenient.
