Guest Access

As part of the check-in process, identification for every guest staying at the property is required before arrival.

Important Information

• The base rate includes up to eight guests. Each additional guest costs $20, with a maximum occupancy of 12 guests.
• Unregistered guests or occupancy exceeding the authorized maximum will incur a penalty of $200 per unregistered person.
• A security camera monitors arrivals and departures in the parking area. Additional cameras are located at the entrance and oriented toward the lake without affecting guest privacy.
• The property is located at the top of a mountain and is surrounded by tropical forest, providing panoramic views, privacy, and tranquility.
• Insects are a normal part of the natural environment. Guests are encouraged to bring insect repellent, wear suitable clothing when enjoying the outdoor areas, and keep doors and windows closed.
• The house does not have air conditioning. Its elevated location provides a pleasantly cool and comfortable climate throughout the year.
• The pool does not have a heater. Its temperature remains fresh and changes according to the season.
• Basic cleaning and cooking services are available Monday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Laundry service is available upon request for stays of two nights or more. Each stay includes 10 complimentary garments; additional items cost $2 per piece.
• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and is scheduled to avoid interrupting your stay.
• Access includes a short uphill section of rustic road. A high-clearance vehicle is recommended, as sedans may have some difficulty reaching the property.
