Guest Access

Guests have full access to the villa and the golf cart, which facilitates transportation to the beach and within the Pedregal community (note: the golf cart cannot exit the Pedregal gate).

Cleaning Service Details

Daily cleaning is provided from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM during your stay and covers:

• Floor cleaning
• Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning
• Common area tidying
• Towel changes as needed
• Bed making

This service does not include laundry, ironing, or deep cleaning, which is performed at checkout. Please consult the concierge regarding appropriate tipping for the cleaning staff.

Pool and Jacuzzi Information

• Pool temperature can reach up to 90°F.

• The pool’s air conditioning operates for 8 continuous hours; please coordinate your preferred schedule with the concierge.

• Jacuzzi temperature can reach up to 104°F.

• It operates for one hour at a time and must be manually restarted; please specify your desired usage time with the concierge.

Important Notes

Due to new regulations in Pedregal, all contracted service providers must have valid car insurance and a driver’s license. Providers lacking these documents will be denied access.
