It is rented with 4 BEDROOMS, 8 beds for 16 people.

EXTRA BEDROOM (up to 20) on the roof, with bathroom, TV, minibar, coffee maker, king size bed and sofa - EXTRA COST - $1,800 per night (direct payment).

The space HOT POOL. New boiler service to heat the pool (at 31º max) Only available in WINTER. The pool heater service has an additional cost per day. NOTE: when there are northerly winds, the boiler is not in use, it switches off automatically.

Casa Luz, located at the end of Playa Chachalacas, Veracruz, the quieter and less crowded part. It's a beautiful place and above all, very safe.

Playa Chachalacas is in the Gulf of Mexico and is ideal for any water activity. It is a small, quiet and safe town, close to interesting archaeological areas, only 33 km from the port and the Veracruz Airport, and 50 minutes from Xalapa, the capital of the State of Veracruz.

Casa Luz is the ideal place for families and friends to enjoy quality time together, and it is also a perfect place for groups or professional work retreats.

Guest access GROUND FLOOR: A large dining room for up to 14 people overlooking the pool and garden; baby chair; fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators; large living room with TV, a half bathroom. FOOTBALL TABLE and POOL TABLE FOR YOUR ENTERTAINMENT.

In the garden: 2 beds, 2 tables, 1 garden table with 4 chairs and an umbrella. 4 lounge chairs. 1 charcoal grill and utensils. We DO NOT have hammocks.

SECOND FLOOR: 4 large bedrooms with air conditioning and full bathroom each (WE DO NOT USE ELECTRIC SHOWERS); a nice reading room; 3 terraces facing the pool.

TOP FLOOR: -An additional bedroom with its own bathroom, a king-size bed and a sofa bed. -Roof garden with a splendid view of the sea. 1 garden table with 2 chairs. 2 lounge chairs and a cot. THE USE OF THIS SPACE makes it possible to fit up to 20 people in the house, but IT HAS AN ADDITIONAL COST.

ATTENTION!!!: We DO NOT offer POOL or BEACH TOWELS. And it's forbidden to take the bathrooms towels down to the pool. If this is not convenient for you, we are sorry, but it is better that you do not book with us. ATTENTION!!! We only offer a plasma screen in the main room. There is no TV in the bedrooms; by decision and style of the house, not by lack. ATTENTION!!!: Private parking for only ONE CAR. No more than 1 car or 2 RACERS are allowed. In front of the house you can safely park more cars. We have video surveillance cameras (CCTV) facing the street, which provide you with absolute peace of mind, without invading your privacy. ATTENTION!!!: The pool can be heated but there is AN ADDITIONAL COST. THE BOILER SERVICE IS PER DAY. WATCH OUT!!! Our service is high quality, but it is not a hotel, therefore, cleaning will be done every day for a maximum of a couple of hours. WATCH OUT!!! Guests have an obligation to tell us at the time if something is wrong, something is missing, or there is any damage so that we can resolve it and give them the best and fastest response. We do NOT expect bad ratings for something you did not tell us about. ATTENTION!! We no longer accept pets; no exceptions.
