In the heart of Granada. Very cute; clean, small and private place.
I will suggest for a small family. The spares room has a small bed with a drawers mattress which easily could accommodate two kids.
Very responsive staff with exceptional housekeeper.

A super convenient spot to stay in Granada, and one of the more interesting Airbnb's we've ever stayed in. There are dozens of excellent restaurants close by as well as cathedrals, churches, and more. The property has two bedrooms downstairs, one with a huge semi-open shower and a courtyard with staircase up to the second floor which is a big open kitchen/living room/dining room with another bathroom. It's nice to have the aircons in the downstairs, and it's cool upstairs at night. The washing machine broke while we were there, but it was replaced with a brand new one within a few days. The company that manages the property provides cleaning at least two times a week, so it stayed clean - but it would be nice to have a doorbell or something so that the renter could know when someone arrives as you can't hear a knock on the door from in the bedrooms. The internet works well upstairs.

The house is very close to the central park, and despite that, you can't hear the noise from the street, there are excellent restaurants fences. Although it has no private parking, although it has no private parking, the area is very safe, and the cleaner was very kind. Great place to have a vacation in Granada!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Casa Estralla in Granada, Nicaragua. The 2-bedroom colonial style home was perfect for my needs and exceeded my expectations in every way.
The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Granada, which made it easy to explore the city and all it has to offer. The house itself was beautifully designed and decorated with a real attention to detail, making it a pleasure to spend time in.
The cleaning service, provided three times a week, was exceptional and ensured that the house was always spotless and comfortable to live in.
The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage space for our belongings. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals, and the living room was a wonderful spot to enjoy our morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
I also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house, such as the reliable Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the bedrooms.

We stayed 6 weeks in this unit. There were lots of celebrations on the street that you can hear in the unit. The neighbours parrot likes to talk and dog likes to bark. It is close to the Calzada which is filled with many restaurants and 10 minute walk to the lake. Excellent meat market right across the street and near the Centro market for veggies, grains, clothing and sundries. It is very hot and ran the fans continuously. The open air main floor is open to many mosquitoes. Bring some kind of bug deterrent , as it is very warm to start putting on long pants and sleeves. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms, however check your fine print for electricity charges. Our cost was an additional $165.00 US. We barely ran the bedroom ac. The hosts are awesome and very responsive. A great helpful group of people.

The house is perfect in every way! Location is the best you can have in the whole city, no possible way to improve that. The space itself is more than adequate too. Living room and kitchen are big and well stocked. The master bedroom is huge as is the master bathroom. The other bedroom has two beds via a pull out bed. The staff is located nearby and extremely helpful. Warning, you will be paying for an electric overage here. We used the AC only when we were in the room and never left stuff on unnecessary and still went $40 usd over.

Casa estrella was an absolute dream! It is very centrally located to everything in Granada- within minutes of walking distance to the lake, the central market, multiple parks, restaurants, and much more. The butcher shop across the street (San Martin) has very high quality meat. The staff that are in charge of the house were very attentive and helpful, always available for anything we needed. They were kind and responsive. The home itself is beautiful and the kitchen is well stocked. Casa estrella is an excellent choice for a stay in Granada!
