Overview

Perched on the highest street in Pedregal, Cabo’s premier gated community, Casa Stella is a luxury villa with sweeping, unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. The property is ideal for whale watching and offers an infinity pool with spa, expansive terrace, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and elegant indoor-outdoor living.

Completed in spring 2019, Casa Stella combines privacy, resort-style amenities, and convenient access to downtown Cabo San Lucas, just a 5-minute drive away. With no through traffic and panoramic ocean views, the villa provides a peaceful and elevated vacation setting.

Your stay includes access to the 24/7 Cabo Villas Concierge, who can arrange private chefs, grocery shopping, spa services, activities, itinerary planning, and restaurant and beach club reservations.

House Services and Policies

• House staff: Team of four, available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Outside caterers are not permitted without prior approval. If approved, a $200 daily fee applies.
• House staff can prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Service rates are paid directly, in addition to the cost of food. Arrangements must be made before travel. Gratuity is additional and recommended.
• Only house staff may operate the commercial equipment, including the double pizza ovens, deep fryer, Vulcan high-heat broiler, and griddle.
• Neighborhood gate access is secured 24 hours a day.
• Daily maid service is provided. Maids do not work on Mexican holidays.

Location and Construction Notice

Los Cabos is a growing resort area, and construction may occur at any time without notice. We have no control over construction projects or schedules, but we will do our best to assist if construction causes an inconvenience.

House Rules

• The minimum age for all guests is 25. Children traveling with their parents are excluded from this requirement.
• No bachelor or bachelorette parties are permitted.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
• In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior after 10:00 p.m. may result in a fine.
• Outside vendors are restricted and require prior approval. Additional fees may apply.
• Guests agree to allow the on-site security guard access to the villa, both inside and outside, as needed.
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Events, including weddings and bachelor or bachelorette parties, require specific pre-authorization and payment of an event fee.
• Excessive noise, disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespectful treatment of security guards are prohibited at all times.
• Fines of up to $3,000 may be issued without warning. Guests are fully responsible for paying these fines.

Occupancy

The total number of people permitted at the property at any time is limited to the contracted number of guests listed on the reservation. The renter must disclose the number of people in the group and provide the name of every group member. See the property rules for additional terms.

Please list no more than two children under 12 in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with their parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

Airbnb can accommodate bookings for up to 16 people. Ask us about rates for additional guests.

Holiday and Spring Break Restrictions

• A 7-night minimum stay applies when including December 25 or January 1.
• If the reservation includes both holidays, a 14-night minimum stay is required.
• High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without approval. An additional deposit is required.
