Guest Policies and Rules

• Minimum age for all guests is 25 years old, except for children traveling with their parents.
• Bachelor parties are not allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
• The villa is located in a gated community; noise or disruptive behavior after 10:00 p.m. may result in fines.
• Outside vendors are restricted and require approval, which may involve extra fees.
• Guests must permit onsite security guards access to the villa, both inside and outside, as needed.
• Pets are not permitted unless specifically authorized in advance.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
• Events such as weddings, bachelor, or bachelorette parties require prior authorization and payment of an event fee.
• Occupancy is limited to the number of guests specified in the reservation contract.
• Renters must disclose the full list of guests, including names and total number of persons.
• Only two children under 12 years old should be listed in the “Children” field; the first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Additional children must be registered as adults.
• Excessive noise, disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespect toward security personnel are prohibited at all times.
• Fines up to $3,000 may be imposed without warning for violations, and guests are responsible for paying these fines.

Special Restrictions

• A minimum stay of seven nights is required for reservations covering December 25 and January 1. If both holidays are included, a 14-night minimum applies.
• High school and college spring break groups are not allowed without prior approval and an additional deposit.
• Airbnb bookings accommodate up to 16 guests; inquire about rates for additional persons.
