Casa Alma is a comfortable, open and breezy 3 bedroom/3 bathroom colonial style house located within an easy 5 min walk to the town centre, Central Park, the Cathedral and many great restaurants and shops. The house has lovely views of Mombacho volcano, the churches and the tile roof tops. It simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The space Casa Alma has a traditional style living/lounge area - the Sala, which opens up to Calle La Libertad and on the other side, to the kitchen, garden and surrounding corridors & stairs. There is a seating area in the open corridor facing the garden and at the end of that area more seating overlooking the Arroyo with views towards Mombacho Volcano. The kitchen is compact and has everything you need plus a dining table for six. Upstairs, is a large open patio with rocking chairs to relax in and enjoy the breeze and the amazing views over the rooftops. You can see many of Granada’s historic churches from the second floor bedrooms as well as Mombacho. The two upper bedrooms have double/queen beds, ample closet space, air conditioning and private shower/bathrooms with hot water. There's always a nice breeze blowing through.
