Elsa was available at all times, very professional and quick to respond. The property is very beautiful, in very good condition, and the surroundings are very enjoyable. Excellent service from the staff (Francisca, Paulino, Rogelio, Karen, Luz Ma). They were very helpful, hardworking, and attentive to any needs. The surroundings are very peaceful, and you can enjoy nature a lot. Extraordinary view. Gardens, plants, rooms, common areas, in excellent condition, great taste in decorating, and a very cozy atmosphere. Thank you for all your hospitality. We had an extraordinary family stay!

The property is much more beautiful in person than in the photos, everything is very clean, rooms, sheets, towels, etc; the beds are very comfortable. They helped me organize my mother's birthday, they got mariachi and everything needed to enjoy her day without worries. The kitchen service was delicious, there is also a person who is always attentive to what you need and communication with Elsa was very good, she answered at all times. All the staff are very helpful. We will definitely be back.

Elsa's place is beautiful, comfortable, well located and clean. And Francisco and Francisca, who were in the house to serve us, are fabulous, attentive, good cooks and they worked hard to make our stay a pleasant experience. We would definitely stay there again.
