We are a family-owned boutique villa located in the heart of Tamarindo, designed to offer you an ideal vacation experience. This tropical retreat combines Nordic-inspired modern design with a tranquil atmosphere. High ceilings, abundant natural light, and clean lines create an open and airy environment. Location
Nirvana Villas are situated within a gated community in central Tamarindo Beach, featuring 24/7 security. Positioned on a quiet side street, the villa is conveniently close to essential amenities. It is just a one-minute walk to the pharmacy, bank, supermarket, and restaurants, and approximately a seven-minute walk to the beach.
Villa Layout and Bedroom Details
The villa accommodates up to six guests with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms:
- Master Suite: King bed, safe, walk-in closet, and private bathroom
- Mini Master: Queen bed, large closet, private bathroom, and private balcony overlooking the garden
- Third Bedroom: King bed, large closet, and a large floating window facing a private garden (bathroom located in the hallway)

Guest Access
Check-in and Check-out

A team member will greet you upon arrival at the scheduled time, escort you to the villa, and provide all necessary information for your stay. If you arrive before 3:00 pm and the villa is not yet ready, luggage storage is available until check-in.
Parking
The villa includes one private parking space. If you have two vehicles, the second car can be parked on the street near the entrance. There is also a designated area for parking and charging a golf cart.

Other Information
Cleaning Service
Our cleaning team visits the villa each morning to remove trash, tidy rooms and the kitchen as needed, sweep floors, and maintain a clean and comfortable environment. Additional cleaning or special requests can be arranged upon request, which may incur extra charges.

TOP, à ne pas rater...Fabuleux - logement, emplacement, propreté, accueil, équipement, sécurité...tout était parfait. Les photos sont extrêmement fidèle à la réalité, les villas sont spacieuses (3 chambres et 3 salles de bains), décorées avec goût et de beaux matériaux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre piscine privée (de belles dimensions)et le calme alors que vous êtes au coeur de la ville. Le complexe comporte 5 villas qui sont toutes avec une piscine privée et agréablement compartementées. Tout se fait à pied à 5 min de la plage, des supermarchés et des diverses activités. Place de parking juste devant les villas. Lave linge et sèche linge dans la villa donc pratique pour les longs séjours (et avec des enfants). Entretien de la piscine quotidien ainsi que lits et petit ménage faits. Nous avons pu bénéficier d'un tarif attractif du fait d'une reservation faite une semaine avant la date d'arrivée et de la basse saison ce qui rend le rapport qualité/prix encore plus interessant.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom home in Tamarindo, Costa Rica! The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location couldn't have been better—close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and everything Tamarindo has to offer, yet peaceful enough to unwind. The home was beautifully designed, well-maintained, and felt like a true tropical getaway. We loved spending time there after exploring the area. The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Tamarindo. It was the perfect place for our Costa Rica vacation!

This place couldn’t be better. Ideal location just minutes from the beach and the hubbub of central Tamarindo but tucked away in a private little oasis of calm. So comfortable, cool, spacious, beautifully designed, and so many little details have been thought about. The pool is perfection. Can’t fault it at all - definitely worth every penny. Thank you for a wonderful few days.

This place was amazing. I went with 5 of my girls. Location was great. Only thing was I was looking foward to the surfboard in the picture but it was just for photos:( other than that 10/10

Wonderful stay in a beautiful villa! On a dirt road just a short walk from the center of Tamarindo. The villa was one of 5 grouped villas, but each had its own gate and private courtyard with pool. Locked access to the complex from the street. Service was like a 5 star hotel - very professional. Our family of 5 felt right at home and we all loved it. I’d definitely stay here again.

The Villa was stunning! The grounds were beautiful and the private pool was so nice! The villa came equipped with everything we needed and had plenty of space for our family of 6. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend Nirvana Villas for anyone staying in Tamarindo!

Loved this villa. It’s very nicely done, bright, and comfortable. The host was very nice and gave us some floaties for my toddler to enjoy in the pool. I love that the lock to the main door is high so my child can’t get outside without an adult. I would book again!
