The Space

The house comfortably accommodates 24 guests. In special cases, capacity can be increased to 28 guests, who will sleep across seven bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

An eighth bedroom is reserved for staff and is not accessible to guests. It remains closed, is not included in the rental, and does not appear in the photos.

The property offers four social areas:

• One on the main terrace
• Two on the ground floor
• One on the top floor, with access to the spa area

There are several dining spaces, with seating for up to 30 people across two dining rooms and the kitchen bar.

The main terrace is exceptionally spacious and offers impressive views of the valley and surrounding mountains. The large pool includes a shallow beach area, while a separate jacuzzi provides an additional place to relax. A large covered awning shelters an outdoor living room.

The house also includes a game area with billiards, air hockey, and foosball, as well as a fully air-conditioned movie theater.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire private property except for the eighth bedroom, which remains closed and is not included in the rental.

Additional Charges and Policies

• For groups of more than 16 guests, an additional charge of US$35 per person, per night, will be requested through the platform.
• A maximum of one pet is permitted. The pet must be registered with the reservation and is subject to an additional fee of US$50.
• Due to the size and layout of the house, three employees will work on-site to support your stay.
• Two employees provide general services, including cleaning and cooking, and one serves as a butler.
• Each employee charges 100,000 Colombian pesos, approximately US$26, per day.
• Groups larger than 16 guests must have a third employee.
• The Airbnb cleaning fee and the employee service fees are separate. The Airbnb cleaning fee covers preparation before arrival and cleaning after departure. Employee fees cover services during the stay and must be paid directly before departure.
• Guests are responsible for purchasing groceries. As is customary in Colombia, employees eat the food they prepare, so please purchase enough food for them as well.
• Due to the area's climate, hot water is not available in the regular showers. The spa shower does have hot water and may be used by guests.
• Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs will be treated as an additional night and charged accordingly.

Assistance is available with transportation from Bogotá or the airport to the property, hiring additional employees, and arranging activities. The team will do everything possible to help make your stay memorable.
