Other Things to Note
- Depending on the season, a minimum number of nights and guests may be required, as bookings are not combined with other groups.
- The person who makes the reservation may use the property exclusively with their own family group.
- Shampoo, body soap, hand soap, and three rolls of toilet paper are provided once upon arrival. Guests must bring additional supplies if needed.
- Towels and extra sheets are not provided.
- Guests must bring their own equipment for outdoor sports.
- A deposit of 300,000 pesos is required to cover any issues that may arise during the inventory handover.

Pasamos unos días muy agradables en familia, éramos alrededor de 35 personas y disfrutamos mucho la estadía. Jhon fue muy atento, amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos con lo que necesitáramos. Como sugerencia, sería genial contar con aire acondicionado, ya que hace bastante calor. De resto, todo muy bien. ☺️

Perfect for large groups. There were 19 of us and there were still extra beds. We liked the privacy. You can make noise and have gatherings. Perfect. Communication with the host was very effective. He was always attentive and answered all questions. The only thing was that the pool wasn't as crystal clear or as clean... Otherwise, everything was fine.

I had an excellent experience on the property. The service was very good. They were always attentive to us and made us feel very comfortable. The atmosphere is pleasant, quiet and perfect for enjoying with family or friends. In addition, the space is great for large groups. Definitely a place I would go back to and highly recommend.

The pool is large and the children's pool is very good too. There's a good tennis court and ample space for cars. It's ideal for large groups, and the option of having someone help us with meals was very good. Mrs. Paula, who is an outside service, cooks well. The person who looks after the property was attentive, and Mr. Jhon is very kind and ready to handle anything we needed.

Wonderful days in this place. Mr. John is a good person and very attentive. Check-in is super easy, the amenities are very complete, there are spaces for many activities, and the kitchen and dining room are very spacious. There were more than 20 of us, and we all left happy and satisfied. Highly recommended place to rest.

Overall, we had a good experience and really enjoyed the family stay. The property has many activities to do, such as a soccer field, tennis, tejo, swimming pool, ping pong table, and billiards, which makes it an ideal place for large groups or families. As for areas for improvement, the kiosk chairs were dirty, and both the pool table and the tennis courts look quite deteriorated, with moisture and mold, so better maintenance would be appreciated. Upon arrival, there was a mix-up with the accommodation. The Airbnb ad indicated 6 rooms, but initially we were only given 3. Fortunately, when we spoke with the owner, he was very kind and resolved the situation by giving us the remaining rooms. It's also important to know that noise can be made all night long As an additional note, the rental of tennis rackets costs $20,000 per day. Overall, we had a good weekend

We went to celebrate my younger sister's birthday, and we definitely couldn't have chosen a better place. We had so many activities to do; Mr. Fredy and Mr. Dagoberto are very attentive, always taking care of everything. And Paula, the cook, is very neat and cooks incredibly well. We recommend it without a doubt
