Casa del Mar is an exquisite 4,500 square feet luxury villa within Pedregal, the only gated residential development in Cabo. Located just steps from the beach and minutes from downtown, the villa features outstanding private outdoor living spaces, a spacious interior, and four deluxe bedroom suites (including two master suites) accommodating nine guests. Guests have access to Pedregal's shared resort and spa amenities. Free maid service is provided from Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

The Space

Two sets of wide glass doors open from the veranda to the villa's interior, allowing fresh ocean air to flow into the open-plan living area. Under the beautiful arched ceiling of pickled wood, enjoy evenings in the lavish lounge, mixing cocktails at the bar and watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen and gather around the dining table for a festive feast. The villa's décor is exquisite, featuring high-end furnishings, lovely wood and wicker pieces, and original works of art that reflect the beauty and traditions of coastal Mexico.

Savor delightful days bathing in the large, heated swimming pool and sipping cool drinks on sun loungers. Cook a barbecue lunch and enjoy it alfresco on the veranda, then retreat to the sumptuous lounge for digestifs.

If you're in a playful mood, enjoy a game of tennis, basketball, or pickleball at Pedregal's courts, just a short walk away, or indulge in a trip to the spa. The villa's bedroom suites offer exquisite comfort and privacy for afternoon siestas and tranquil nights. Each of the two master suites features a king bed, Sonos sound system, and ensuite bathroom. The two guest rooms also have king beds and ensuite bathrooms, with one enjoying a private patio.
