The place is great. Everything is very clean and very nice. It's super quiet. The extra activities are a bit expensive, but overall everything was very good. Communication was very fast. The man who takes care of the house is very attentive and kind, as is the cleaning lady. We would definitely go back.

The stay on the island was incredible. The staff who accompanied us during the stay were very friendly and helpful. Santiago was always looking out for us and giving us excellent recommendations to enjoy our visit. The house is very nice, cozy and as shown in the photos. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We traveled in a group of 13 people, including two children, and we were very comfortable, with enough space for everyone. It was definitely a wonderful experience and a place we totally recommend. We hope to come back!

It's a very nice place, with a beautiful view of the dam! It has all the things you need for a quiet stay. Diana cooks very well and is a very attentive and helpful person. She is very willing to make sure you have a pleasant few days. Mr. Wilver is attentive to whatever you need. Overall, it is a nice, clean, well-equipped cabin. Recommendations: It's important that, although you can find things nearby in a store, it's better to be well prepared. The only issue was that the power went out and there was no generator. Although we were lucky that the power came back quickly, we were traveling with children, which was a disadvantage! But it's a recommended place to spend a few pleasant days, and you're very well taken care of. Thank you, Isla Tortuga.

A paradise, an incredible place to disconnect and rest. The cleaning lady and the gentleman who welcomed us were super nice people and very friendly. A small downside: we found it a bit odd that they wanted to charge for the use of the paddleboards to go to the lake, since they don't represent any additional cost for the owner.

It's an amazing place. The service is very good. The people who help with the service are very attentive to whatever you need. The place is very quiet and beautiful, perfect for family and friends. They offer different activities for an extra fee. It's about 40 minutes from the port. The trip is also incredible because of the view. You don't even feel like all that time has passed. The hosts are always attentive and available. I recommend it and hope to come back!

Everything is nice and pleasant. Please note that this is a region that experiences power outages or problems. Keep in mind that they don't provide towels. You have to bring your own towel. And read all the instructions carefully so you don't have any surprises with additional payments at the end of your stay. For example, the boat transfer to the island. Even if there are only 4 people, they charge you the minimum of 10 and those kinds of extras. Otherwise, it was an excellent experience.
