The Space
The house offers ample room for celebrations or a relaxing escape from daily life, accommodating approximately 25 people.
- The platform rate includes up to 15 guests.
- Each additional guest costs 50,000 COP per night.
Pets
Pets are welcome at the house, which is surrounded by plenty of greenery and open space.
For their safety, pets must remain on the property because nearby properties may have electric fences, and other animals are present near the farm.
- Additional fee: 35,000 COP per pet.
Music Policy
Local regulations permit loud music until 10:00 p.m. After that time, music must be kept at a moderate volume to preserve the tranquility of the surroundings.

After an event, the property must be returned in reasonable condition:

- Separate organic, recyclable, and non-recyclable waste correctly.
- Return furniture to its proper place.
- Do not leave the house excessively dirty or disorderly.
Additional Cleaning Charge
If the property is left extremely dirty or considerably disorganized, an additional charge of 150,000 COP will apply to cover deep cleaning services.

Our experience at Doña Blanca's House was simply wonderful. We chose this place to experience a very special moment for our family: saying goodbye to our loved ones before embarking on a new chapter in Germany, this time with our newborn little Valeria. 🇩🇪💛 And we couldn't have chosen a better place. The house is beautiful, cozy, impeccable and has everything you need to enjoy and share as a family. The landscape is spectacular, the kind that invites you to disconnect, take a breath, and enjoy every moment. 🌿⛰️ In addition, the service was incredible. We felt very well received and cared for throughout our stay. Everything lived up to an occasion that meant a lot to us. We took home precious memories of our farewell in Colombia, and Doña Blanca's House was definitely part of them. ❤️ We totally recommend it! A beautiful place, with excellent service and a TOP landscape.

A great house to rest. It is a few hours from Bogotá and very close to the Tominé Dam. The space is very quiet with mountain views and surrounded by nature. There are restaurants nearby at the dam or in the nearby towns of Sesquile and Guatavita, less than 15 minutes away. The space is comfortable for large families, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are nice and modern, as is the kitchen.
