The Space
Casa Jade is elegantly furnished with native hardwood cabinetry, marble floors, accent lighting, carvings, native Oaxaca pottery, and an extensive collection of tropical and ocean-themed paintings. Ocean views are available from every room.

Groups of 12 to 18 people typically stay at the property.
The primary bedroom is located on the upper level and features a private entertainment area, terrace, and Jacuzzi hot tub. Handcrafted from green marble and malachite, the Jacuzzi offers one of the best views of the bay.
The lower level includes a junior suite with both a queen bed and a twin bed. As the room closest to the ocean, it provides the soothing sound of waves breaking along the shore.
Pools and Outdoor Areas
Casa Jade has two pools:
- An infinity pool on the second level
- A larger, unheated pool on the lower level
The lower pool extends over the edge of the shore and is next to a private palapa gazebo. This peaceful area is ideal for reading, relaxing, watching whales, or observing birds circling the Los Arcos marine sanctuary.
At certain times of year, depending on the season, a small temporary sand beach may form in front of the home.
Los Arcos
Los Arcos, meaning “The Arches,” consists of mountain remnants separated from the shore. Waves have carved through the center of each of the four arches, allowing adventurous visitors to paddle through them.
Los Arcos is a popular destination for:

- Paddling through the arches
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home and property, including all bedrooms and non-service areas. They may also access the beach in front of the house.
Private Chef
A private chef is available upon request for an additional fee. The chef offers a set menu but is flexible. Please request further details.
Private chef pricing:
- Breakfast: $20 USD per guest, per meal
- Lunch: $25 USD per guest, per meal
- Dinner: $30–$35 USD per guest, depending on the main course
Additional Guest Fees
For groups of more than 16 guests, each additional guest is charged $49 USD per guest, per night.
Security and Safety
The home has a security system that includes an alarm and perimeter video cameras. The cameras are located exclusively on the exterior of the property.
Puerto Vallarta remains one of the safest cities in Mexico. Local residents depend on tourism and are protective of visitors to their city. Most shop owners speak at least some English, making it easy to navigate local shops and vendors.

Stayed for a Bachelorette group of 14. It was way more than we all expected! The view cannot be explained nor do justice through photos. In person is breathtaking. Each room has a bathroom. It was perfect for a large group of Women. The only “down” side to booking at this location is being around 45min away from the main city. We had a private driver and the drive wasn’t bad when we would go in town. It was very windy roads but to be expected in a jungle place. Also! To keep in mind, the stairs! If you are not a fan of stairs or have any leg/feet injuries I would not recommend booking. It’s about 7/8 flights of stairs. The Casita is basically its own area and the stairs are outside at the top of the home. One warning! one room was full of tiny brown ants on the dresser. But can be spotted other areas. To be expected in a jungly area and humid locations. Overall BEAUTIFUL place. Private chef (separate payment). Two clean pools with the perfect temp.

We spent a few wonderful days at Casa Jade! Many thanks to Thanh for being attentive and ready to help. The property is beautiful, very comfortable, has an amazing view, the cleanliness is excellent, and the staff service is very good! Everyone is very friendly and attentive to everything. The only inconvenience was that we didn't have Wi-Fi service on any day, and I was worried about communication and not being able to work, but the place has everything you need to enjoy it.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, and exactly as described. Our family and friends had an amazing time and really enjoyed the property. We did have a couple of issues during our stay—the Wi-Fi wasn’t working properly at first, and one of the refrigerators wasn’t getting cold. However, the host responded very quickly and took care of both problems right away, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and the excellent communication and prompt service made our stay even better. We would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again!
