Well-equipped and spacious lodging in a quiet corner of Tulum. We loved the pools at the property and in the common area. The staff were friendly. The place is secure and monitored by security guards. The host was quick to respond to messages. The accommodation is located close to the Tulum ruins and two grocery stores. A means of transportation is required to get to the town and to the other attractions. Collectivos pass nearby. Some aspects of the accommodation would require a little maintenance, but this does not affect their functionality. For a quiet experience in Tulum, we recommend this listing.

I really liked it! The house is very centrally located, it is exactly as shown in the photos, and it is very comfortable. Simply put, I have nothing bad to say—quite the opposite, we had a wonderful time.😀

It was good. The water in the pool and in the indoor hot tub was not clean but Ben and his team immediately offered to change the villa so great service at this level. Small downside, the kitchen sink was leaking badly. Otherwise everything was good and communication was great

The location isn’t good. The house smelled pretty bad as if there was possible mold. The place was advertised as being in the jungle, it was not this is not the jungle area it’s on the outskirts of the city. Staff was friendly but for what I paid in comparison to what I got was a horrible deal. I booked a different location in the actual jungle area for more than half the price I paid for this place. Bugs and smells all throughout the house. Would not recommend the jacuzzi was super cold and had a horrible smell. They have roaches

Beautiful, very well maintained condo. Would definitely stay here again. A close drive to tulum's attractions, the kids loved the plunge pool and everything in the house works great! Valeria was an awesome host and manager, very helpful with suggestions.

We enjoyed quick access to the downtown area and the surrounding seclusion the property provided. The amenities were great and the property management team did an awesome job staying in communication to make the stay great. Thank you Ben and Val for your hospitality. Peaceful and private. Reminded us of our Riad in Marrakech. Lovely layout and interior. Cozy and comfortable with all the basics. Val is a wonderful and responsive host. Great proximity to Tulum destinations. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the ruins! Would definitely stay again.
