The villa is entirely private. You will have the whole property to yourself, including all outdoor areas.
Important Information
Because of Puerto Escondido’s tropical climate and natural surroundings, it is normal to occasionally encounter insects, small reptiles, or other local wildlife, even in accommodations that are regularly cleaned and carefully maintained.
Regular pest control treatments and maintenance are carried out to minimize their presence. However, these occasional visitors are part of the natural environment.
Puerto Escondido’s local infrastructure may also experience temporary power outages beyond the property’s control. In some cases, these outages can temporarily affect the water supply because parts of the system rely on electricity to operate.
The property is located in a developing area, and some surrounding roads and access streets remain unpaved. This is common in many parts of Puerto Escondido and contributes to the area’s natural, authentic character. Please consider this when planning transportation.

Overall, we had a great stay! The house was beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The location can be a little tricky to find, especially if you’re arriving at night, so I would recommend planning your arrival accordingly. The only issue we experienced was with the hot water. It would take quite some time for the water to warm up, and once it finally did, it would quickly turn cold again. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy a consistently hot shower during our stay. Other than that, the house was lovely, and we enjoyed our time there! En general, ¡tuvimos una muy buena estancia! La casa estaba muy bonita, muy limpia y bien cuidada. La ubicación puede ser un poco confusa para llegar, especialmente si llegas de noche, por lo que recomendaría planear bien la llegada. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue con el agua caliente. Tardaba bastante tiempo en calentarse y, cuando finalmente salía caliente, al poco tiempo volvía a salir fría.

It’s an amazing place, is perfect for after a day on the beach arrive and relax on the swimming pool. The location is near to a good beach where is possible to spend the day, each and drink something in front of the ocean.

Our stay at Kelmar's house was excellent! Charlotte and her team were very attentive and kind. They were always attentive to our stay from the moment I wrote to them until we left the house. On the other hand, the house is spectacular. It is much nicer than in the photos. Every detail is special, not to mention the cleanliness. We had an incredible family vacation. We would definitely come back!

Casa Kelmar is an excellent place to stay in Puerto Escondido, with organic architecture and aesthetics that invite you to relax and appreciate the climate and the area. Very close to Manzanillo beach. 10 minutes by car from Punta Zicatela. The hosts' attention is very prompt, and they are pleasant. It was an excellent decision. We'll be back ;)!!!

A designer house with a very good vibe!The photos are short! Communication with Charlotte was very good, and Uriel was there to help us when we needed him. The house is spacious, very clean and super equipped, which makes it comfortable. The pool area with the barbecue and the terrace on top make the stay a real experience. The only drawback is that, since it is only surrounded by open land, (harmless) tarantulas could appear, as was the case during our stay. Even so, my family and I had a wonderful few days at Kelmar's house, and we would definitely come back.

Great place, Charlotte was super helpful and always there to answer any questions we had.The place is really nice. The washer and dryer were really a plus for us after long days at the beach. Our kids loved the huge pool. This is a great place to book.

More beautiful in person! This host is very responsive and the location is in such a great location! My family enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, comfortable, and they accommodated my 10month old baby with her own pack and play :)
