Penthouse was beautiful and spacious . For the price and location, you can’t beat it . It’s 5 minutes walking to the strip of Jaco so you’re close to everything needed. There was a few issues that I understand were out of their control, including power went out one morning and another day there was no water for the entire day. Those issues seem to be by natural causes so I won’t judge based of those, and the good thing is the host is very responsive and attentive.

The view of the apartment is spectacular. The complex is beautiful and safe. We had some problems with the dryer and a toilet and they fixed it quickly. The mattress on the main bed was broken and we had to sleep on a sofa bed for 3 days. It is worth clarifying that we were reimbursed a portion of the payment for this reason. I was always in communication with the host and he was very willing to solve the issues. I appreciate this. The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped. The furniture just needs a little maintenance.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay! We had an amazing time here. The place is very spacious with a huge kitchen that opens up to the living and dining area—perfect for hanging out as a family. Everything was clean, bright, and filled with natural light, and the ocean view was incredible. The unit has plenty of bathrooms, which made it super convenient for our whole family of 9. The resort-style swimming pool was a great bonus and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location couldn’t be better—Extremely safe gated condo community. less than a minute’s drive to downtown Jacó, close to tons of restaurants and bars, and within 10 minutes of all the major attractions. Our host was extremely responsive, gave us great recommendations, and even helped us book activities. Their hospitality made the trip even smoother. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back whenever we're in CR again.

An amazing place to spend a weekend with friends, the room is everything the description says and has many aids for both cooking and hygiene, we had a great time and loved it
