The Space

Blue Horizon Costa Rica welcomes you to a private villa in the sky: a spacious 4,100-square-foot (380-square-meter), old-world-style penthouse spanning two floors. Located at the highest point of the gated Tulemar community, the villa overlooks a jungle reserve and offers panoramic ocean views.

The home features:

• Four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom
• Ample closet and walk-in storage space
• Two master bedrooms with exceptional views from the bed
• Generous outdoor terraces on both levels
• High-quality, comfortable furnishings throughout

One master bedroom includes a television that descends from the furniture when needed. The first-floor master bedroom features a double shower.

The second floor is accessed via a beautiful spiral staircase leading to an ornate carved wooden door. Beyond it is a large private area with a living space and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a sofa bed that accommodates two additional guests. This room is ideal for a family with two children, although four adults are also welcome.

The bathroom includes:

• Double sink
• Large shower
• Bidet

Outside the bedroom, a separate outdoor room with a grill and dining table provides an inviting space for communal meals and sunbathing.

The villa is closest to San José Airport, which is approximately a 25- to 30-minute flight by small aircraft. Private and public charter options are available, or the airport can be reached by a three-hour drive.

Kitchen Policy and Private Dining

Guests are welcome to use the kitchen during their stay. To protect the property and maintain quality and safety standards, only chefs employed by the company may work in the kitchen. Outside chefs and catering staff are not permitted to use the facilities.

Private dining can be arranged with one of the company’s in-house chefs for an additional fee.

Important Information

If any beach or pool towels or rain umbrellas are lost or not returned at checkout, a replacement fee of $20 USD per item will apply.

Local Culture

The local farmer’s market, known as The Feria, is open on Fridays and Saturdays. Quepos also offers locally made artisan products, including art, home accessories, clothing, and more.
