Thank you Erika & Lizandro (and Gerardo) for a perfect family vacation! The condo was exquisite and had every amenity we could possibly need! The unit was so clean and so comfortable and I loved the decor! Also shout out to Gina, Alex and Antonio for the yummiest food and friendly service down at the pool bar! Great quiet location to watch the surfers and relax! We are already taking about our next visit! Thank you all!

Great condo! This was such a nice relaxing space; a small condo hotel which was very quiet with a perfect view! The location is close enough to town but also far enough to be peaceful. It was nice having a small bar / restaurant right downstairs for a morning coffee or midday snack.

There were also a few restaurants in walking distance which were nice for evenings we didn’t want to drive. The view is amazing!

The apartment, the location, and the incredible views are a real treat. Inspiring. 100%. We'll be back!

Upon arrival we were greeted cold beers in the fridge, a wonderful snack basket with nuts, cookies, tortilla chips and salsa (rojo y verde). We loved the location, view of the beach, free surfing shows all day and into the night. The pool and lobby were first class. Would definitely stay here again. We didn’t want to leave.

Erika and Lizandro's place was great. We ended up having to move to another unit due to an unexpected air condidtioning issue, but the move was seemless and Gerardo, who is on site, was very responsive to our requests and very helpful.

Erika was very responsive to all of my questions months prior to our arrival and she was very solicitious about making transport reservations and offered up many other recommendations, all of which we ppreciated.

The condo was clean and the view was spetacular. The restaurant by the pool had delcious food and drinks. We had a chef come in to prepare dinner for the 6 of us and the space worked well for that.

Erika and Lizandro's place was a slice of heaven on earth. More importantly, they were incredibly responsive and connected us with everything we need prior to and once we had arrived. We very much appreciate the wonderful communication and the amazing location and space.

Beautiful resort. No complaints at all. We loved our stay! Erika and Lisandro make you feel like you have all of the comforts of your own home, but with an amazing view, and a pool and beach just steps away. We loved watching the surfers while sipping on a Chelado at the pool! Book this place, you won’t regret it!

The apartment is very nice and everything works perfectly. The beach is beautiful, and the sunrises are to die for.

Parking is very convenient and helpful. The hosts' service and the building staff are excellent.

This is a great place for a family to stay on the beach and be able to enjoy the space of a few bedrooms! It's even better if any of you surf as there are a couple breaks right out front. There is a restaurant and bar onsite that is open 6 days out of the week and is right next to an infinity pool. There is parking and 24-hour security on site. Erika & Lizandro are very helpful, we decided to take them up on their offers and had them stock the refrigerator the day we arrived and helped us coordinate masseuses to come over and give our whole family massages. Their place is exactly as described and you won't be dissappointed. Thank you, Erika & Lizandro! We hope to be in touch and visit again someday.

Great for families, nice beach with big waves for surfing and safe to swim as well. Host was very helpful with coordinating activities (shout out to Olga for surf lessons & massages!). Great spot close to Cabo San Jose. Very enjoyable vacation.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect being close to San Jose del Cabo, a couple restaurants within walking distance but still feeling a bit more private. The pool was perfect and could walk straight out to the beach. We also loved sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee or evening drink watching the whales and surfers.

Had an amazing stay - would give more than 5 stars if I could. Erika went above and beyond helping us with airport transfers, beachside massages, and local recommendations. Very responsive and adaptable even with last minute changes. Place itself was also gorgeous - right on the beach and also a short walk from a couple restaurants. The pool and poolside bar were also great vibes and had good food. Would return again!

Beautifully decorated condo unit in a small complex right on the beach so close to the ocean with unobstructed views. The sliding glass doors all across the balcony allowed full view of the very close ocean and sound of the waves as if they were lapping at our door. This unit looked better than the photos. The Lobby was also breathtakingly decorated. There are 2 restaurants that are within walking distance right on the beach as well as food trucks under the bridge. We enjoyed daily walks along the beach, watching the whales (February), surfers, vendors strolling the beach, as well as horses to ride and just people watch. Very enjoyable experience. Geraldo was extremely responsive and helpful. Even meeting us at the condo to welcome us.

Erika and Lizandro’s condo was spotless, well equipped and exactly as advertised. Hosts were super responsive set up massage, private chef and transportation. Excellent service and response time. Would love to stay at their place again.

Our stay at Erika & Lizandro’s condo in Soleado was amazing! We were greeted by Gerardo who accompanied us to the condo so check-in was seamless. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Anniversary balloons and a lovely basket of snacks along with beer in the fridge! What an unexpected but delightful touch we very much appreciated. 🩷 We were also provided coffee, beach towels and toiletries in the bathrooms.

The condo itself was absolutely perfect…very clean, a well stocked kitchen and the view from the patio is perfectly unobstructed. We sat out every morning enjoying coffee and watching the whales. The lobby of this boutique complex is immaculate as is the pool area. One of our favorite parts was having a private restaurant and bar as well as covered (partially) cabanas at our disposal every day. The food was truly outstanding and the service top notch (thanks to Alex, Iban and Antonio)!

We absolutely recommend this beautiful place …and we will be back! Thanks Erika & Lizandro!

We loved this slice of heaven! Thank you to Erika and Lizandro for all the great recommendations- from pickup to massages to fishing excursion. Fabulous! The location is gorgeous, peaceful and 5 stars. We loved the pool and beach area. The staff manning the bar/restaurant were super friendly and made great drinks and food. To note the pool bar is closed on Mondays.

We will definitely recommend this place to friends. 🙌🏼

Erika and Lizandro’s place was clean, comfortable, accurately described, and in a beautiful area of Mexico. We loved spending time at the pool, and one of our friends really enjoyed surfing directly in front of the condo. There are also two restaurants very close by. You can get there from the beach.

The only thing we didn’t love was that the water pressure in the showers was low. Other than that, 10/10.

We loved our stay. The place is even nicer in person. We had groceries pre-ordered, which I highly recommend because the traffic and construction make grocery store runs a little inconvenient. We’ll be back!

Wow! What a great experience. Great location off the beach. The water is warm and great for surfing. Perfect sunrises and sunsets all day from the balcony or pool. Very clean, well maintained, and stocked condo with everything you need for cooking or having a day out in the beach. Will definitely be coming back for whale shark season!

Wonderful from start to finish. Our local contact, Gerardo, was very responsive and helpful. The location is great and we felt very safe there.

Perfect spot for a family with teenagers! The swimmable beach and stunning infinity pool created a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere for all of us. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy, and the setting couldn’t have been more beautiful. We left feeling rested and refreshed—highly recommend!

The view is spectacular! This place is better in person than in the pictures. It was peaceful, private and I felt just at home. under the bridge locals party during the night but once your door is closed you don't hear anything but the waves crashing. The bar restaurant downstairs has good food and drinks. I loved everything about this place and I can't wait to come back.
