It was fantastic, from when we got there until we left the place. The apartment was super clean and comfortable, with easy access to the beach, pool, restaurant and other amenities. Ana communicated with me at all times and answered any questions I had. We have no complaints about the place and will definitely consider it in the future for any getaway we want to take.

The location was beautiful and Ana was a great host. When we had AC issues at our original booking Ana immediately took action and upgraded us to another unit that stayed cool throughout our stay. We only had about a minute of hot water when trying to bathe but that seems to be a resort wide issue as numerous other people were complaining about this. There are many amenities at the resort and the restaurant had great food. The store is only open maybe 6-7 hours per day which is a bit of a bummer. I would recommend wearing long sleeves at the outdoor restaurant as the bugs are always biting. All in all I would recommend staying here. Bring snorkel gear because there is excellent reef right outside your door with numerous sea creatures!
