This newly decorated villa offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and two separate toilets. The living room and kitchen provide a comfortable living area. Outside, you will find a spacious and luxurious swimming pool along with a barbecue area.
The villa is set in a peaceful location surrounded by jungle vegetation, ensuring privacy while remaining close to the central area. It also includes private access to the beach.
We prioritize environmental quality, having planted abundant vegetation around the property. To reduce plastic waste, a high-quality drinking water system has been installed.
The house itself is roomy, featuring a large garden with numerous trees that enhance privacy.

Really nice place! We enjoyed our stay a lot. The villa has a lot of room and is very clean. Monkeys pass by almost every day;) Roset was super helpful and a perfect host. Location was perfect for us. Its quiet but you are only 5min away from all bars and restaurants. I defently recomand this place

We stayed for five nights at the villa. The host was unreachable the entire time and did not respond to any our requests. The air conditioning quit working and this made our stay very comfortable. The pool maintenance attendant showed up from the backyard unannounced. The cleaning of the villa was to be requested 24 hours before but we had no response so no cleaning was done. The kitchen facilities were below par. The frying pan was falling off which could of resulted in a disaster. The host provided a code to the private entrance to the beach but did not work. No response to provide correct code. If these issues were dealt with promptly, we would have not been so disappointed.

An excellent option with a fantastic location, close to everything and very easy to access. Just across the road, you’ll find the Mal País tide pools, which were a highlight and perfect for kids. Communication with the hosts was seamless; they were extremely responsive and easy to reach throughout our stay. The outdoor area is wonderful, and we truly enjoyed spending time there. We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this place.

We felt welcommed and verry attended to. Nir was super responsive and willing to attend to all of our needs. Almost felt like we were at a hotel. The house is beautifull, in a beautifull surrounding, verry close to the beach. A bit of traffic in front, but very quite inside. Serene environment with lots of wild life and monkeys guarenteed. Thank you for the stay!

The house was close to restaurants, shops and easily accessible to activities around the area. We were able to see white face and howler monkeys at the house multiple times which was exciting.

Easy to access, right on main rd from Santa Teresa.Really enjoyed our stay, inside was spotless, we had a small issue with the outside covers but Nir fixed this immediately, very friendly. Beds were absolute luxury and Nir was on hand at all times to assist whenever we needed him. The only tiny drawback is the noise of trucks and motorbikes on the main road, no issue when we were inside but a little annoying outside. Loved 2x large flatscreens allowing us to chill in either room. Great outdoor space with beautiful vegetation allowing for plenty of monkey watching. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at casa Nirozet. Dreamy home close to the beach and very private pool. Loved seeing the monkeys all around the property. Concierge was extremely helpful with everything we need and helped us reserve a car and ATV and even a nanny. Five star and more overall.

Casa Nirozet was perfect for our family of 6. We especially loved the proximity to the beach, the functional kitchen, outdoor space for kids to play, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The hosts were immediately responsive and friendly!
