2BR Colonial House in Granada

A superb residence with colonial architecture. It was really nice. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, accommodating and quiet. Clean and pleasant pool, both on hot days and in the evening. Fully satisfied with this 3-night experience. Good restaurants within walking distance.

A wonderful inside outside experience with the pool (and it's greenery), and open Kitchen area. Plenty of room for my guests that I had over a couple times. The bedroom very comfortable, and lots of space for my clothes and things. The hot water of the Shower was a little off/on, but all in all, the House was a great space. The Host Chris was perfect! He answered any questions, offered any help needed. Thanks for helping make my experience more pleasurable. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice stay! We received impeccable service from Christopher. The place is peaceful and very private. It's very clean and just like the pictures. Well located to enjoy Granada.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The house is beautiful, very well maintained and tastefully decorated – you feel at home from the very first moment. The absolute highlight for us was the great pool: The kids loved it and didn't want to get out of it! A small note for families with very young children: The bedrooms are quite far apart. This is great for older children and teenagers, but for very small kids, you should consider this in advance. For us, it was an all-round successful vacation. We wholeheartedly recommend the house and would be very happy to come back! ❤️

Christopher and Maria's place is great! It exceeded all our expectations. We had a wonderful time and actually didn't want to leave the house. It feels wonderfully private and quiet, just outside all the hustle and bustle, while you can reach everything within walking distance. Maria was happy to help us figure things out, generally responded quickly, and was kind enough to give us a late checkout free of charge. Thanks for a great stay!

One of the best property’s I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful home, fantastic pool, great neighborhood. Everything about this place was spectacular from the moment we checked in until we left. Super clean home, great amenities, great communication. I can’t say enough, would stay here anytime I’m in town.

House was as you would expect with the grand doors and opening to the main pool area. Bedrooms upstairs and at each end do perfect for two couples. Overall my friends will be coming back.

Pictures don’t do it justice! Beautiful place and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Has a garage to park your car which is helpful especially at night. Walkable restaurants in the area and very central to all places in Granada by car. Host is very helpful with setting up tours - due to time I could not attend but she has all the info and better prices than vivator. Definitely a nice place to stay with group of friends or family!

The pictures don't do this house Justice. It's WAY more beautiful on the inside. We had a wonderful time staying here, 10 out of 10. I'd recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Granada. Having a pool with great AC makes it a hundred times better.
