The Space

Mexico City is known for its pleasant, mild climate. Ceiling fans or portable fans are typically sufficient to keep the homes comfortable during your stay. For year-round comfort, every bedroom includes:

• Premium hotel-quality linens
• Blackout curtains
• A ceiling fan
• A portable heater

Upon arrival, you’ll find a welcome basket with an additional entrance key. A mosquito-repellent device is also available if needed.

The homes are filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Together, the two charming-style houses feature a connected rooftop and are located in the vibrant, cosmopolitan neighborhood of Condesa, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and popular attractions. Whether you’re visiting for leisure or business, everything you need is within easy reach.

House 1

House 1 is arranged across a ground floor and two additional levels, with spacious and comfortable areas designed for an enjoyable stay.

Ground Floor

Upon entering, you’ll find a cozy living room with a Smart TV. To the right is a bedroom with a king-size bed. Continuing through the house, you’ll reach the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, ideal for gathering with family and friends.

A small courtyard next to the kitchen contains the utility room and an exterior staircase connecting the ground floor with the upper levels.

First Floor

The first floor includes four bedrooms:

• One bedroom with a king-size bed and a small private balcony
• One bedroom with a king-size bed
• One shared full bathroom with a bathtub, located in the hallway
• One bedroom with a king-size bed and a private full bathroom
• One bedroom with a queen-size bed, accessible through one of the interior bedrooms or independently via the exterior staircase from the courtyard

Second Floor and Rooftop

The second floor features the property’s inviting rooftop, an ideal setting for relaxing, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying evenings under the stars.

This level also includes:

• One bedroom with two queen-size beds
• A private full bathroom located just outside the bedroom, also available to guests using the rooftop terrace
• A kitchenette
• The laundry area

House 2

House 2 is distributed across a ground floor and two additional levels.

Ground Floor

The ground floor includes:

• A living room
• A half bathroom
• A dining area
• A kitchen
• A cozy loft-style bedroom

The loft-style bedroom is accessed through the kitchen and a small patio. It includes a TV and a queen-size bed on the upper loft level, accessible by an interior staircase.

First Floor

The first floor offers three bedrooms:

• One bedroom with a king-size bed
• One bedroom with two queen-size beds
• One bedroom with a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom
• One shared full bathroom in the hallway for the first two bedrooms

Second Floor and Rooftop

The second floor features a lovely rooftop terrace for relaxing outdoors. This level also includes:

Guest Access

Guests have full access to all areas of the houses during their stay. Please make yourself at home and enjoy the welcoming spaces throughout the property.

The following areas are off-limits because they contain supplies for the cleaning staff:

• In Atlixco’s house, the door next to the kitchen
• In Vicente Suarez’s house, the door next to the bathroom on the first floor

Traveling with a Group

The property was designed for large groups, family gatherings, corporate retreats, wellness experiences, and friends traveling together. It provides shared spaces while allowing guests to enjoy their own private areas.

Please respect the neighbors and the residential character of the neighborhood.

Social gatherings are welcome, but parties, excessive noise, DJs, large speakers, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

Outdoor Furniture and Cushions

During the rainy season, outdoor furniture is stored for protection, but you are welcome to set it out for use.

To prevent damage or professional cleaning fees of MXN 3,000, please store the cushions properly after each use and protect them from rain and dirt.

Gardening Service

The plants throughout the property are an important part of maintaining a green environment and are not merely decorative.

Our staff waters the plants every Wednesday and Saturday between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. We will remind you the day before each visit. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Cleaning Service

Cleaning during your stay is available upon request for an additional fee, subject to staff availability and service hours.

Professional Photography and Videography

Professional photoshoots are subject to an additional fee of MXN 15,000.

If you would like to film a video clip, please share more details so we can confirm the applicable rate.

City Infrastructure

As in many major metropolitan areas, occasional odors near drains or bathroom areas may rarely be noticeable, particularly during Mexico City’s rainy season or when the city is performing maintenance on its public water and drainage systems.

These situations are uncommon and temporary. They originate from the city’s infrastructure rather than the property, typically dissipate quickly, and do not affect the home’s functionality, cleanliness, or overall comfort.

Plumbing

To protect the home’s plumbing system, please flush only human waste.

Dispose of the following items in the provided trash bins:

• Toilet paper
• Wipes, including flushable wipes
• Sanitary products
• Cotton swabs
• Paper towels
• Tissues
• Any other objects

Helping Us Maintain the Property

Small actions make a big difference:

• Close doors and windows when leaving the property.
• Report maintenance issues as soon as possible.
• One towel is provided per person per stay; please be mindful of water usage.
• Turn off lights, ceiling fans, air conditioning, portable heaters, and appliances when they are not in use.
• Treat the property as you would your own home.

Photography and Property Condition

The listing photos were taken by a professional team and accurately represent the property. However, minor differences may appear over time due to natural wear and tear, despite our efforts to keep the homes in excellent condition.

Previous guests may occasionally leave minor damage, such as scratches, stains, or malfunctioning equipment. If you notice an issue, please inform us immediately so we can address it promptly.
