The Space
Villa Madero measures 400 square feet (30 square meters) and offers a small, cozy space with a spacious terrace overlooking the pool. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, mountain views, and views of the valley and Playa Avellanas from the terrace.

The shared semi-Olympic pool provides plenty of space to swim, relax, and enjoy the sun. The pool is shared with three other villas.
Location
Pinilla Highlands is located in the upper parts of San José de Pinilla, behind Avellanas Beach and Langosta Beach, on the way up to Montañita. The beaches are approximately 15 minutes away by car.
Playa Avellanas, known for its surfing, is just 15 minutes down the hill, while the lively beach town of Tamarindo is approximately 30 minutes away.
The surrounding area offers abundant nature, howler monkeys, and exotic birds.

We had a great stay, the pool is a big plus , to cool off from the sun. The place is enough for 2 people , kitchen had everything you need to make your meals. Definitely would go back

The mini house is amazing. It's small but has everything you need and more. There's a lot of peace and quiet. In fact, it's where we've been most relaxed in all of Costa Rica. The location is fine. It's far from many places, but that's appreciated because otherwise there wouldn't be so much peace and quiet. The driveway is a bit uncomfortable, although with a 4x4 you can easily get up it. I loved that the gels and shampoos were pet friendly and not tested on animals. That's a real plus and hard to find in other accommodations. I also loved that there were some dogs. They were very good🥰 They have laundry service, which is also greatly appreciated. In a few hours you'll have it washed and dried! Overall, everything was super good and I would definitely come back!

It seems to me an excellent option to disconnect and get away from the city. Very quiet, excellent amenities such as the pool and Jacuzzi. The house is very comfortable and cozy. Excellent value for money. Access to the place is a bit difficult from the street, which is in poor condition, and it is recommended for SUVs or off-road vehicles only.

I loved the place. The apartment is super organized, and the hair dryer in the bathroom is a super plus 🌟. The views and the pool are incredible. I would definitely go again.
