The Space
This is our full-time family residence, rented out only when we are away. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.
The main house contains three bedrooms. The master bedroom suite is detached from the main house and connected by a small breezeway. There is also a loft area designed as a play space for children, complete with toys.
The entire property is securely fenced and gated.
Location
The entrance to North Pelada Beach is just a five-minute walk from the house. Surfing opportunities at Guiones Beach are about a ten-minute drive away.

We had the best time at Eve and Scott’s home in playa pelada! What a dream home. Perfect for families. The pool was huge and so nice. We saw monkeys in the trees and it was within walking distance to the beach. An amazing home to relax in. No mold at all super clean (I’ve stayed many times in Nosara and this has been an issue in the past even in super expensive houses!). Vaulted beautiful ceilings. My kids and very picky husband loved it!!! I prefer being in pelada to guiones or more central locations. It’s much quieter and less dusty! We will definitely be back :)
