The Space
The property includes a charming rancho with a tiled roof and several comfortable amenities:
- Barbecue pit
- Hammocks
- Open kitchen
- Refrigerator and freezer
- Stove
- Coffee maker
- Blender
- Dishes
- Air conditioning in both bedrooms
Each bedroom has a new, energy-efficient air-conditioning unit. Both rooms include:
- Two twin beds
- One full-size bed
- Clean sheets and towels
There are two bathrooms in the house. One is shared by both bedrooms, while the other is located outside, just a few steps from one of the rooms. The outdoor bathroom also serves as a common-area restroom.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire house.
A housekeeper will clean the property every day during your stay. Bath towels are also replaced daily.
For extended stays:
- Beach towels are washed every three days for stays longer than three days.
- Bed linens are changed weekly for stays longer than one week.
Laundry
Guests may use the washer and dryer for a self-service fee of $5 per wash-and-dry load:
- Washing: $2.50 per load
- Drying: $2.50 per load
- Laundry detergent is included with washing.
- One anti-static dryer sheet is included with drying.
- Maximum load: 20 pounds
Other Things to Note
Occasional power outages may occur. They are common in the area and are normally resolved in a timely manner.

Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive throughout our stay when we needed it. They were especially helpful when we had trouble finding the house and made sure we got settled in safely. We really appreciated how welcoming and understanding they were, and we would absolutely stay here again.

No recomiendo este alojamiento. Las instalaciones están muy deterioradas y la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Lo más preocupante fue encontrar ratones dentro de la propiedad, lo cual representa un riesgo por las enfermedades que pueden transmitir. El lugar no se siente seguro ni higiénico para hospedarse. Considero que el estado del alojamiento no corresponde a lo que se espera al reservar. Espero que solucionen estos problemas antes de recibir más huéspedes.

I would have given Humberto's house a 5 star rating, but the mosquitos were killing us all night and we had to leave the next morning because of it. I communicated with Humberto about the gaps by the door and I'm sure he'll get on it. The living area outside would be a great idea to add mosquito netting around it and just a lilttle more TLC in the rooms. Being by the beach was phenomenal, I wish I knew how to surf. Since we left, Humberto honored the refund of the remainder. He understood our situation and that speaks highly of him. I would love to come back and enjoy the beach, but these issues need attention but its nothing impossible to handle. The house is in a perfect location.

The Airbnb was as perfect as you can get! Fantastic atmosphere and very helpful host and staff! It could very well be the best beach front location in all of peñitas! We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this location to any who may be in the area. It’s very peaceful, safe, and has great beach to play and swim. Patio is the star of the place, amazing space to hang out with a group of people. All amenities are working perfectly. Walking distance from multiple restaurants. Public bus passes in front of property regularly for your convenience! Close enough to Leon to go visit the city during the day and be back on time to watch the sunset on the beach! It is the perfect beach getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay, Host and House Keeper Karina were very lovely and answered any questions . Waking up to sound of the waves was amazing. Will definitely recommend to anyone. Will advise to take mosquitoes repellent for the night time. Besides that everything else was lovely 😊
