3BR Penthouse in Mexico City

We had a wonderful stay at this place in Mexico City. Miguel was an exceptionally friendly and helpful host, supported us during our stay and made us feel welcome right from the start. ​The house is comfortable, spacious, and felt very safe, which was ideal for traveling with our 3-4 year old. It is overall well-equipped with the home appliances you need for a convenient stay. ​The location is unbeatable. Being right near Parque España means you’re in a fantastic area where everything—cafes, restaurants, markets, and shops—is within a easy 10-minute walk.

The apartment is very nice and spacious, as shown in the photos. Communication with Miguel was very good and the area where it is located is very good since there are many activities to do nearby. I definitely highly recommend it.

We loved the apartment. It was quiet, well equipped and well laid out. The owner was very responsive. Great location, walkable and lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week at this beautiful home in Condesa over spring break! We loved the location, which was walkable to Parque México and España and close to an array of amazing restaurants and cafes. The home was exactly as presented, with ample space for all of us, very peaceful and relaxing, and safe. We loved the outdoor patio too! The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this home to others for their vacation in Mexico City!

My family and I stayed here for two weeks. My wife, infant baby, and 2 grandmas. We had plenty of room and even had a photographer come and do portraits for us on the grounds as they are beautiful. An absolutely perfect location for Mexico City. Great communication and professionalism from Miguel and the gate guards. We would love to return some day.

We had a great stay. When we arrived in Mexico City, we had booked another stay through another platform, but we had serious problems and it was necessary to look for a last-minute stay. Miguel was willing to show us the apartment before we booked, which was very kind. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, well equipped. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. It was cold in January when we stayed, and the apartment does not have central heating, but Miguel brought three heaters, one for each room, which made the stay quite pleasant.

We had a great time staying here - amazing location and on a quieter street of the area. This is part of a large apartment complex where many locals live, felt super safe and was beautiful. The doormen were friendly and the host was responsive! If you’re looking to do remote work here the wifi is typically around 80 mbps but also drops to 60 mbps sometimes

Overall, the stay was awesome! Miguel is a great host and was very welcoming. The apartment is really nice and very secure. Located in a great area.
