Great place to stay while in Cabo everything was amazing and the view is spectacular. Can't wait to return!

So happy i booked arturos place! Everyone was so responsive and helpful on recommendations and making my 30th birthday an unforgettable one. Benny blanco was the best concierge and making sure we were satisfied. The views are AMAZING from here! The top floor had a jacuzzi which was an awesome add on. The space is very nice as the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room from the kitchen, to the living room, to the bedrooms all had so much space and king sized beds. Very happy and unforgettable time in Cabo for my 30th birthday! 🎉 Thank you Arturo & team

We had a wonderful week at Arturo's place. The condo is clean, safe, and easy to live in for the week. The condo has security and they know who belongs! Once they met us, we were always greeted and welcomed back. We got great at saying we're staying at Vista Velas II. :).

We walked to the local Soriana's to purchase food to cook. Our first night, we did a private chef that Arturo's crew arranged...and it was soooo good. We snacked on it a few days. The mole was sooooo good. My husband can't stop talking about it. We spent time exploring the city, eating a few places (Tacos Gardenias, The Office, Mother Flower, Mama Royale's), visiting San Gabriel's Glass Studio, and lots of pool and patio time! THANK YOU for an amazing week!

We had a wonderful stay. Place was fantastic. Great location between beautiful beaches and easy access to downtown. Attention from Benny and Arturo was amazing. We would stay again!

This was our second time staying here, and we love it! The ocean view from the rooftop and balcony are awesome. We love to spend time on the rooftop playing card games and enjoying the jacuzzi. The location is nice and quiet, but a very convenient drive to grocery stores, restaurants and downtown Cabo. Arturo and his team were super helpful, and immediately responded to any questions! It was another memorable stay in Cabo.

Beautiful unit with many amenities and furnishings. We loved speding time on the private rooftop with the spectacular views and the covered outdoor kitchen. Very comfortable bedrooms and living room for when we moved inside. Access to grocery stores couldn't be any more convenient and drive distance to the marina and downtown offerings were less than 10 minutes. Beni was super friendly at move in and provided us with a great recommendation for fishing and a road trip to Todo Santos. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us!

From the check-in to the check-out everything was amazing. The location, views, amenities were all spectacular. This is a perfect destination location for all you want to do in Cabo and San Jose. We have already refered it to others due to our experience. Thank you so much. Absolutely perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring Cabo. Arturo was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I had a fabulous stay at Arturo’s place. Beautiful Condo. Just like the pictures. Loved the 1st floor outdoor balcony with couch, chairs and large eating table such great views. Excellent outdoor rooftop terrace with great views. Arturo arranged transportation for us for the airport and it was a great company. We also used chef Blanco whom Arturo recommended and had an excellent meal. Easily walked to the grocery store. Really had a fabulous stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

This place was absolutely stunning! I don’t even think the pictures adequately capture it! The rooms were spacious and the living room was perfect for relaxed evenings in. We adored the rooftop and the main balcony. The view from the hot tub and fire pit were great. Also super convenient being by a Costco for a group trip! Would definitely come back.

We had a great time. The view was incredible and location next to the grocery store was so convenient. The condo was clean, very comfortable and well stocked.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The main room has floor to ceiling glass. Great view of the ocean and the arches. With moderate traffic you’re 15 minutes from the center of Cabo. There is a Costco and a Soriano’s, think Super Meijer’s, next door. The upstairs deck is a hidden treasure. Great hot tub and view of the water. If you elect to rent a car, google “Costco” or Vista Vale II” when driving from the airport. We interacted several times with Benny, the local property guide. Benny set up whale watching, actual saw several whales including a mother and her calf; deep sea fishing, caught two good sized Marlin and massages. Good times had by all.

This place was amazing! Exactly like the pictures, clean, beautiful view, very close to the marina. Would stay here again and the hosts were responsive and helpful. 10/10!

We loved our stay. The condo is nicely appointed and with the penthouse terrace with a hot tub and BBQ was great for entertaining. It’s walkable to Costco and a large grocery store and about a 20 minute drive into town. All the bedrooms have bathrooms and are very comfortable. We loved of stay and we’d recommend this Airbnb!

This condo is amazing. Very spacious, modern decor, well equipped, with a full view of the bay. We could even see whales spouting in the mornings. Benny was a super host too. He greeted us at the condo and showed us how to use all its amenities. The whole family loved our stay there, and we'd recommend it to other families.

We had a Great time and would definitely consider staying here again. Costco is conveniently located right across the street

Excellent unit with a great view! Very spacious with each room having its own full bathroom. We had a rental car and the parking spot was inside of garage and very close to the elevator. Arturo offered very good discount on a dinner cruise which we enjoyed. There is a Costco and a 24 hour grocery store within walking distance. Overall, it was the perfect place for our family with kids.

Amazing location within Cabo & was exactly as described in the listing. 2nd year in a row staying at this wonderful property, and was perfectly clean in every room. Phenomenal view every single day on both the balcony & rooftop. Don’t hesitate staying here if you get the chance! Close to everything as well. Just an amazing place. Hope to be back again!

We celebrated my birthday with 2 other couples here for about a week. It was the perfect place to spread out and lounge. The huge rooftop is a spectacular place to enjoy a glass of wine with friends. The furniture was comfortable and the decor was nicely done. The supermarket next to the development was so wonderful. We shopped there at least 4 times! This house is located around so many cool places to eat, and drink. We loved The pink restaurant called La Taquiza, it was so delicious. We liked having a chef cook for us on our last night there. However, we recommend doing it earlier during your stay because there were so many leftovers we couldn’t get through. We had it for breakfast but we could have kept eating it for days. The place was secure and convenient. Uber drivers were available within a minute we recommend this house to everyone.

The view from this place is beautiful. Grocery store is at walking distance. Costco is so close you can see it from your balcony. Very close to restaurants. Amenities are great. Place was clean and spacious. Benny was extremely helpful and communicative.

Our second stay at Arturos wonderfully equipped and beautiful penthouse. Prime location , incredible views and let’s not forget the amazing jacuzzi! Great staff and communication as usual! Thanks again for another awesome stay ! See you next year!

This place is exactly as pictured and close to everything. I'd highly recommend it.

My family loved this condo! We could not have been happier. Breathtaking views and loved how we could walk to the grocery store and grab quick and cheap Ubers into town. The rooftop was the best bonus! Benny was the best and helped us with super fun activities and our driver Jose was great too! Would for sure come again, and many of our friends are asking for the link from seeing our amazing pictures!

This place is a gem, it's a great condo and the best part, it's in a great location. Benny was really responsive to any question we had. We loved the view of the ark. Another plus was the Costco and Soriana that were walking distance from the condo. Overall 100/10. Definitely recommend.

This was everything we hoped for and more. Downtown Cabo wasn’t the relaxing vibe we were seeking. The rooftop at ‘home’ certainly was. The views are amazing, the layout was perfect - and all the support one would want with almost instant responses. Thank you again!

Really nice stay at this condo. Love the outdoor balcony and rooftop deck, and the hosts were always responsive and helpful. Great kitchen and spacious living room and master bathroom areas. As others have mentioned, we would also recommend this place for a stay when you’re in Cabo.

The views from the deck are beautiful you can see fireworks many nights happening in the city and whales in the bay. Awesome to be a quick walk to the grocery store to pick up fresh baking daily and any other needs

This condo was very nice and exceeded our expectations. Beni greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful showing us around. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. About a 10-14 minute drive to downtown so location made it very accommodating. The private terrace where you can relax was probably the best part after a night out coming home to spend time in the jacuzzi.
