Location

This property is situated just 10 minutes from the beaches of Dominical, overlooking one of the most tranquil jungles in the South Pacific. The sunsets viewed from the back patio are truly remarkable. It offers an ideal base for daily excursions, being:

• 45 minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park
• 30 minutes from Marino Ballena Marine Park (Whale Tail) in Uvita
• 10 minutes from the famous Nauyaca Waterfalls

A 4x4 vehicle, high clearance, or SUV is recommended for access.

The Space

The unit is part of the Cascada Azul community, a gated, safe, and peaceful neighborhood. It is one of 10 units with views over the Baru River Valley, reminiscent of Jurassic Park.

Inside the condo:

• One private bedroom with a double bed, nightstands, and a custom wardrobe for clothing and shoes
• Bathroom featuring a large shower, spacious countertop and sink, storage drawers for towels and toiletries, and hot water
• Open-plan living room and kitchen area with a sliding door leading to a private back patio that overlooks stunning ocean sunsets
• Custom futon/sofa bed that sleeps 1-2 people
• Fully equipped kitchen including dishes, silverware, utensils, full refrigerator, freezer, stove, and microwave
• Small indoor dining area plus patio furniture for outdoor meals
• 43-inch smart TV (no cable, but guests may use their own streaming devices)

A shared grill is available near the pool. Guests also have complimentary access to the washer and dryer, with a request to be considerate of others.

Guest Access

Guests receive one designated parking space and are asked to use only that spot. Access includes:

• The condo unit
• Gazebo and pool area
• BBQ area
• Laundry facilities
• Private back patio
• Grassy area beyond the patio

Guests are welcome to explore the community on foot but should stay on the community roads and avoid trespassing on neighbors’ driveways or private areas.

Additional Information

The property embraces the Costa Rican philosophy of "Pura Vida," which celebrates a simple, experience-focused lifestyle. The space is kept clean and minimal to encourage guests to enjoy the natural surroundings and have a quiet, safe retreat.

• The community provides filtered spring water; however, drinking water is not supplied.
• During the rainy season, it is advisable to keep extra drinking water on hand in case the water becomes unclear.
• Guests who prefer not to drink tap water should bring their own supply.
