Any event organized at the villa requires prior approval and authorization. Events cannot be confirmed without a written agreement from the team to ensure respect for the property, guest safety, and the overall quality of the experience.

For weddings, the villa offers a complete Wedding Experience: a turnkey, elegant, and fully curated service designed to provide seamless, stress-free organization with a high level of service in a private setting.

To maintain this standard of quality, external chefs and catering services are not permitted.

Important Information

• The villa is not liable for issues related to city electricity or cyclones and hurricanes, including voltage drops, voltage increases, or power outages.
• Internet issues caused by the fiber-optic provider or cyclones and hurricanes are beyond the villa’s control.
• Tulum noise regulations are enforced after 10:00 PM. Guests are asked to comply with all local regulations.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke on the outdoor terraces or in the garden.
• In the event of a storm, cyclone, or hurricane, guest evacuation is the responsibility of the guests and must be arranged at their own expense.
• Guests are responsible for any theft resulting from doors, sliding glass doors, or windows being left improperly secured.
